Claims (10)
- Anordnung zur Befestigung eines Bauteils zur Energieabsorption an einem Schienen- oder Strassenfahrzeug, wobei das Bauteil am Fahrzeug über ein mit diesem verbundenes, aus zumindest zwei miteinander verbundenen und nach Überwindung einer Kraft unter Energieaufnahme in der Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) gegeneinander verschiebbaren Teilelementen (38,40;14) bestehendes Zwischenelement zur Aufnahme von in der Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) auf das Fahrzeug einwirkender Aufprallenergie festlegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Teilelemente (38,40;14) reibschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind und nach Überwindung der den Reibschluss überwindenden Kräfte unter Energieaufnahme gegeneinander verschiebbar sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilelemente (38,40;14) über eine Schraubverbindung (72,74) zusammengehalten sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Teilelement (38,49) Bohrungen (64) und in einem zweiten Teilelement (14) in Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) verlaufende hinterschnittene Nuten (32,34,36) vorgesehen sind, wobei Schrauben (74) die Bohrungen (64) durchsetzen und durch Verschrauben mit in den Nuten (32,34,36) gelagerten Gegengliedern (72) eine Klemmverbindung bilden.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrungen (64) in wenigstens einer Reihe (66,68,70) angeordnet und die Gegenglieder als in den hinterschnittenen Nuten (32,34,36) geführte Gewindeleisten (72) ausgestaltet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement ein am Fahrzeug befestigtes Aufnahmerohr (14) mit einem in diesem reibschlüssig gehaltenen und nach Überwindung der Reibschlusskräfte in der Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) geführt verschiebbaren Bauteilsupport (38,40) zur Befestigung des Bauteils umfasst.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmerohr (14) über Profilanschlüsse (21) in den Fahrzeugboden (12) integriert ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kupplungssupport (38,40) eine Kopfplatte (56) zur lösbaren Befestigung des Bauteils festgelegt ist
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bauteilsupport (38,40) in der Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) geteilt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teilelement (14) aus stranggepressten Profilen (P) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung gefertigt ist
- Verwendung einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zur Befestigung einer Wagenkupplung, eines Puffers oder eines Anticlimbers an einem Schienen- oder Strassenfahrzeug.
