Description
Claims (14)
- Rampe d'éclairage comprenant un profilé de base présentant deux ailes latérales et une rampe d'alimentation électrique placée à l'intérieur du profilé de base, un profilé transparent en matière plastique appliqué contre les ailes latérales du profilé de base et deux couvercles aptes à collaborer avec le profilé de base et le profilé transparent et placés aux extrémités de la rampe d'éclairage, caractérisée en ce que le profilé transparent (3) réalisé en matière plastique est coupé selon une longueur légèrement supérieure à celle du profilé de base et présente des bords latéraux (31,32) qui recouvrent complètement en les entourant les extrémités supérieures (21a, 21b) des ailes du profilé de base (2), le profilé transparent (3) reposant aux deux extrémités de la rampe sur l'arête supérieure d'un embout de fermeture (7) fixé contre le profilé de base (2), les deux couvercles d'extrémité (4) étant appliqués contre l'embout (7) et enferment le profilé transparent (3) et les bords supérieurs (21a, 21b) du profilé de base (2).
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qui comprend deux profilés latéraux (5) disposés dans le sens de la longueur qui recouvrent les bords latéraux (31,32) du profilé en matière plastique transparent (3) sur toute leur longueur.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque profilé (5) présente une glissière arrondie (13) qui s'enfile dans des fentes arrondies (12) du profilé de base (2) de manière à rester fixe tout au long de la rampe, l'extrémité libre de chaque profilé (5) étant agencé pour plaquer le plastique transparent (3) contre le bord du profilé de base (2) et le maintenir latéralement.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le profilé en plastique transparent est en plastique extrudé.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le profilé en plastique transparent est en polycarbonate transparent (macrolon, plexiglas).
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le profilé de base (2) et les profilés latéraux (5) sont en aluminium extrudé.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sa longueur peut être modulable en différentes dimensions pour arriver jusqu'à 300 cm.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les couvercles en aluminium (4) laissent un espace libre aux extrémités de la rampe afin que le plastique transparent (2) et les profilés en aluminium (5) qui sont légèrement plus longs que le profilé de base (2) puissent varier en longueur à cause de la dilatation et du rétrécissement des matériaux avec les variations de température.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le profilé de base (2) comprend des orifices (6) dans sa partie inférieure de façon à pouvoir évacuer de son intérieur l'eau produite par condensation.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des bords supérieurs (21b) du profilé de base (2) se termine sous forme inclinée pour faciliter le montage du profilé en plastique transparent(3).
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les embouts de fermeture (7) sont positionnés relativement au profilé de base (2) à l'aide de goujons (19), les couvercles (4) recouvrant les embouts (7) et étant fixés au moyens de vis (10) vissées dans les alésages (8) du profilé de base (2).
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le profilé de base (2) dispose d'un ergot (17) et d'une rainure (18) permettant à la rampe d'être fixée à un organe de fixation par un système de simple clipsage.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est agencée pour contenir à son intérieur un réflecteur parabolique qui concentrera le faisceau de lumière dans une direction.
- Rampe d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est agencée pour contenir à son intérieur au moins une grille de diffusion pour éviter que la lumière se reflète dans des directions non souhaitables.
