- Élément de retenue selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces d'appui (42, 43) sur l'élément de boítier (21) et la pièce de fermeture (31) de la première articulation sphérique (6) présente la forme de surfaces d'enveloppe d'un cône tronqué.
- Élément de retenue selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la douille (52) présente une partie filetée avec un filetage extérieur (53) et la pièce enveloppante (20) un orifice (54) avec un filetage intérieur (55) et la douille (52) et la pièce enveloppante (20) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par ces filetages (53, 55) et coopèrent.
