Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an easy-to-open can lid according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such an easy-to-open can lid is known from DE 196 20 448 A1. Compared to previously known, easy-to-open can lids, in which the Closure part was formed by an aluminum foil, is at the beginning mentioned, easy to open can lid in the manufacture of the lid ring resulting sheet metal part used as a closure part. It is important that the Sheet metal blank or the sheet metal from which sheet metal blank is punched out, at least has a heat sealable coating on one side. This coating can e.g. a film made of polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, or also a sealable, organic paint. This coating is in the beginning of the production of the cover Inside of the sheet metal blank or the later cover, i.e. on the side that with the finished lid facing the inside of the can, arranged. By the Forming process is the heat-sealable coating in the area of the curl and by flattening them in the area of the ring flange to the Bring the outside of the lid. Because the stamped sheet metal part is heat-sealable Coating is arranged on the later inside of the lid Heat sealing two heat sealable coatings on top of each other, which makes a pressure tight Sealing guaranteed. The closure part is sealed with a Opening tab or an opening ring so that you can pull on the Pull off the opening tab of the closure part from the ring flange of the cover ring and so that the can can be opened easily without a can opener.
The invention is based on the object of an easy-to-open can lid to improve the type mentioned in the introduction that the can after Pulling off the closure part can be closed again in a simple manner.
This is achieved according to the invention by the features defined in claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims characterized.
With this configuration, the can lid combines two essentials Characteristics. By peeling off the closure part using the opening flap the closure part can be easily removed from the cover ring and the can opened become. If the contents of the can are only partially used, the closure can be closed place on the lid ring so that the shape points towards the inside of the can. By pressing the shape into the lid opening, the peripheral portion in the lid opening clamped and thus the closure part firmly on the lid ring held. The coating on the flange also ensures a adequate sealing.
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- einen Teilschnitt eines zweiten Ausführungsbeispieles.

- 1 shows a partial section of a first exemplary embodiment with the sealing part sealed on,
- Fig. 2
- 2 shows a partial section of the same embodiment in the closed state,
- Fig. 3
- a partial section of a second embodiment.
The finished, easy-to-open can lid is in one in the drawing
Partial section shown, this partial section the edge region of the can lid 1

The
In Ergänzung
The can lid is manufactured from the sheet metal blank in several
Forming steps that are described in DE 196 20 448 A1. In addition
these forming steps are used in the manufacture of the invention

Fig. 1 shows the can lid 1 in the sealed state, i.e. the
When the contents of the can are only partially used and can be used later
you can turn the closure part by 180 ° and put it back on the
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, parts with the same function are with
the same reference numeral as in the previous embodiment,
which is why the above description also applies to that shown in FIG. 3
Embodiment applies. This embodiment differs from
previous embodiment only in that the
