Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Streckbiegen von geraden Metallstäben oder -profilen, bestehend aus einer Aufspannplatte für die Biegewerkzeuge, zwei an der Aufspannplatte um zueinander parallele orthogonal zur Plattenebene der Aufspannplatte gerichtete Achsen schwenkbare Biegearme, an den Biegearmen gehalterte Spannmittel zur Fixierung des zu biegenden Stabes oder Profiles, sowie von der Aufspannplatte abragendem Gegenlager, an dem der zu biegende Stab beziehungsweise das zu biegende Profil abstützbar ist, wobei die Biegearme gegenläufig zueinander mittels Stellmitteln schwenkbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Aufspannplatte (2) im Schwenkbereich eines jeden Biegearmes (4) ein einen Teilkreisbogen bildendes Zahnsegment (7) und am Biegearm (4) mit Abstand von seiner Schwenkachse (3) ein mittels eines Antriebes (8) antreibbares Ritzel (9) drehbar gehaltert ist, das mit dem Zahnsegment (7) in Eingriff ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegearm (4) am Zahnsegment (7) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnsegment (7) ober- und unterseitig Führungsbahnen aufweist, auf denen sich Führungsrollen (10) des Biegearmes (4) abstützen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannmittel (5) zur Fixierung des zu biegenden Stabes oder Profiles (1) entlang der Längserstreckung des im wesentlichen geraden Biegearmes (4) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannmittel (5) zudem als Streckmittel für das zu biegende Profil beziehungsweise den zu biegenden Stab (1) ausgebildet ist, mittels dessen Streckkräfte in Längsrichtung des Endes des Profils oder Stabes (1) auf diesen aufbringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnsegmente (7) samt Biegearmen (4) auf einem Schlitten (12) angeordnet sind, der an der Aufspannplatte (2) verschiebbar fixiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnung des Zahnsegments (7) über einen Teilkreisbogen von mehr als 100 ° verläuft, so daß eine Schwenkung des Biegearmes (4) um mindestens 103 ° erreicht ist.
