Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for stacking and bundling of newspapers, etc., according to the preamble of claim 1.
- waste paper devices For newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, computer paper, etc., as waste paper devices are collected for recycling, devices have become known, which essentially consist of square to rectangular baskets that are preferably constructed from a wire mesh. This waste paper can be in the baskets that have become known up to a certain height stack. The waste paper stacked in this way is used for recycling wrapped around the loop and then handed over for removal. there the latter operation turns out to be the stacked one Lacing up waste paper, which is usually quite tedious, has to be bundled Waste paper is first removed from the baskets, again piled up freely and then more or less elegantly tied with a cord become.
- DE-30 46 385 A1 shows a device for stacking and bundling newspapers, Magazines, waste paper, etc.
- This device i.e. the storage space a composite frame, the corner areas with vertical angular Supports are provided, with these supports at a vertical distance from the lower frame, inserts are used, which is the only function fulfill the ability to form the stack-forming surface.
- These form pillars each the skeleton of a vertical angle profile, its perpendicular to each other running profile legs each the corner-near areas of the vertical Limit the longitudinal and transverse walls of the frame cuboid.
- This structure is here Always stipulated as intended, the interior of the frame should be designed by everyone Pages remain accessible. Accordingly, the management of the stacked newspapers taken over by the angled inner surface of the vertical supports, so that the stacked goods are only detected on the corner, which leads to a disordered undefined stacking leads, especially when it is read and newspapers are no longer accurately folded.
- US-A-3,850,092. shows a further device for stacking and bundling Newspapers, etc.
- This device is designed so that the vertical guides, which are designed here in the form of U-brackets, only two sides of the Capture stacked goods. The other two sides have no vertical Guided tours, i.e. the stacked goods are not guided sideways here. from that the consequence is that stacking is aimed at bundling can only be achieved to a certain extent if the goods stacked here are of a certain size physical consistency, is easy to slip among themselves, and it itself Align easily to form a packet-like stacking by pressing on the side leaves. These specifications are never and, for example, for newspapers read never given.
- Another disadvantage of this device is the fact that the support surface of the stacking here amounts to a two-point support, what inevitably and regularly at one with most goods to be stacked sagging in the middle will come, which is no real stacking and easy bundling allowed more.
- the invention seeks to remedy this.
- the invention as set out in the claims is characterized, the task is based on a device of the beginning mentioned type acceptance in the stacking and bundling of for recycling to significantly increase certain waste paper.
- a stacker is proposed according to the invention, which by an extremely simple structure is characterized, the stacking of the for recycling certain waste paper is ergonomic and easy, by inserting them into this device initially without further assistance happens.
- the stacker according to the invention proves not only for the pickup and Bundling of waste paper, but also suitable for further applications, for example for storing and stacking printed matter and their archiving.
- the main advantage of the invention is that the proposed Device also a subsequent bundling through an extremely simple allows handling of the lacing of the waste paper without having to rely on it anymore to be the waste paper for tying up for recycling have to be removed from the device and stacked again.
- the device according to the invention fulfills an integrative dual task, on the one hand to act as a stacker, on the other hand this same stack of waste paper to be able to bundle directly by lacing.
- the packaged waste paper is then ready for removal and the empty stacker / bundler is then available for a new stack of waste paper.
- Fig. 1 shows a stacker in which newspapers and other printed matter, waste paper intended for recycling can be stacked.
- the Stacker itself consists of a stacking surface, which is the actual support level of the waste paper loaded in the stacker. Specifically, this stacking area exists from four inwardly angled tabs 1a-1d, which are arranged so that they each have two virtual basic pages running approximately parallel to each other 3 form. In the top view, the arrangement just described results in called tabs 1a-1d a cross-shaped structure, the branches 4, 5 here one have different lengths.
- the extension from the basic pages 3 corresponds with a corresponding dimension allowance preferably the size of a simply folded newspaper, the Length of the individual branches 4, 5 can be designed for any surface, which preferably forms a rectangle, with a corresponding extension or shortening the individual branch lengths of stacking areas can be formed, that of the respective national newspaper sizes or other printed matter correspond.
- the lateral guidance of the stacking can be started from this stacking surface thereby achieve that the corners 6 belonging to the tabs 1a-1d with a essentially vertically attached frame 2 are connected.
- the connection This frame 2 with the corners 6 can be realized in many different ways: one Possibility for this is shown by FIG. 1, in which this connection is accomplished using riveting. A connection is also possible here by screws, by welding or by a non-positive Connection. With a positive connection of the frame 2 with the corners 6 it must be ensured that attachment and disassembly are preferred can be done by finger pressure.
- Each virtual base page 3 receives a physical one when the frame 2 is attached Completion, so that the stacker room intended for receiving the waste paper has a lateral boundary.
- the height of this frame 2 forms a measure for the amount of stacking desired.
- the frame 2 is on the underside of the wing formed by the tabs 1a-1d protruding, such that between the underside of the tabs 1a-1d and the floor a distance of approx. 60 mm is provided.
- This distance is a functional measure for a successful tying, as shown in Fig. 2 in more detail will come to explanation.
- the frame 2 does not necessarily have to have the geometric configuration shown in the figure.
- the underside connecting web 2a which the baseboard of the Staplers forms can also be left out, which then makes the two vertical extending frame webs 2b of said frame 2 the feet of the Staplers would form.
- the top connecting web 2c is made of different ones Founding itself necessary, because on the one hand it fulfills the function of a handle, on the other hand, this can be used to stiffen the vertical stacking wall achieve.
- the frame 2 can preferably also be made from two individual brackets 11, 12 produce, the upper bracket 11 from the top web 2c and up to the vertical frame webs connecting the tabs 1a-1d 2b, the lower bracket 12 consists of the underside connecting web 2a and the remaining parts of the vertical frame webs 2b to the connection locations of tabs 1a-1d.
- Both the upper and the lower bracket 11, 12 have end holes on which are in operative connection with such holes in the tabs 1a-1d, the bushings for a screw, preferably and nuts form releasable connection.
- the stacker then consists of the four tabs 1a-1d, the four upper brackets 11, the four lower brackets 12 and a corresponding number of screws and Nuts or self-locking connecting bolts that are aligned by the Holes in the parts mentioned and locked there.
- Such a truck can then be uncontested by everyone at its destination easy to assemble.
- the packaging volume to be provided for the loose parts mentioned then turns out to be extremely low and accordingly environmentally friendly.
- the course of the configuration shown in FIG. 1 is only to understand qualitatively, because the inward contour only has to be Reduced footprint compared to that of the base pages 3 in each Extendable square behave so that the inserted in the stacker In any case, waste paper has a stable support surface underneath and the stacking cannot sag due to its own weight. Seen in this way, the may angled inside or other contour shape of the tabs 1a-1d have a generous area-reducing course. Basically, the The tabs also run through a straight line or an arc between the outer ones Points of the basic pages 3 are formed, but with the first mentioned here Design for the relatively large sagging area of the stacking is pointed out.
- the distance 7 (cf. Fig. 2) be dimensioned so that the passage of the cords 8, 9 easily and can be done without dislocations.
- a height of 60 mm is a good one Starting position, which enables the hand with the cord on the underside of the Stack 10 can be stretched through.
- the connection of the corners of the tabs (see FIG. 1) with a frame accomplish that allows a sufficiently large wall opening so that the sides the stack 10 are unobstructed and the cord is pulled up there can.
- it must be ensured that the contoured inside Latch the passing of the cord 8, 9 from one side to the opposite don't stand in the way.
- the embodiment proposed as a figure fulfills the above requirements well and is otherwise ideally designed for the stacking of waste paper.
