Abstract

Bei einem Großformat-Querschneider (11) wird eine Vorrichtung zum Ziehen einer Lücke in einen geschuppten Bogenstrom vorgeschlagen. Anschließend an eine Überlappungsstation (13) ist eine Lückenziehstation (19) vorgesehen, die einen Förderer (31) hat, der auf eine höhere Geschwindigkeit beschleunigt werden kann als der Zuführförderer (18). Ein Lückenziehwagen (22) läuft zum Lückenziehen entlang einer Führung (23) in Förderrichtung (15), verkürzt dabei den Lückenziehförderer (31) und verlängert den Zuführförderer (18). Eine Saugeinrichtung (41) auf dem Lückenziehwagen wird etwas abgesenkt und über eine Blaseinrichtung (42) wird in den entstehenden Spalt Luft eingeblasen. Der Lückenziehwagen läuft somit gegenüber dem langsamer laufenden Zuführförderer (18) vor und zieht die erforderliche Lücke, so daß in dieser eine Weiche (46) zum Umschalten auf einen anderen von zwei Förderwegen (47, 48) geschaltet werden kann.

Following an overlap station (13) there is a gap-pulling station (19) which has a conveyor (31) which can be accelerated to a higher speed than the feed conveyor (18). A gap-pulling carriage (22) runs along a guide (23) in the conveying direction (15) to shorten the gap, thereby shortening the gap-pulling conveyor (31) and lengthening the feed conveyor (18). A suction device (41) on the gap-pulling carriage is slightly lowered and air is blown into the gap which is created via a blowing device (42). The gap pulling carriage thus runs in front of the slower-running feed conveyor (18) and draws the required gap, so that a switch (46) can be switched in this for switching over to another of two conveying paths (47, 48).
