Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a telescopic vacuum cleaner suction pipe according to the preamble of the claim 1. Such a vacuum cleaner suction pipe is through DE 40 17 721 A1 has become known.
The well-known vacuum cleaner suction pipe has in particular because of minimized suction losses as advantageous proved. This is achieved in that the the telescopic eye already existing space between the outer surface of the inner tube and the inner surface the outer tube to accommodate the Plastic existing sealing sleeve is used.
For positioning and fastening the sealing sleeve points on the outer surface of the inner tube the known sealing sleeve as a locking means on the sleeve side protruding radially inwards, resilient in the radial direction flexible latches.
The inner tube has the counter-locking means on the tube side of the known vacuum cleaner suction tube, the inner tube wall penetrating recesses (openings) in which the sleeve-side locking lugs engage.
Although the vacuum cleaner suction pipe according to the DE 40 17 721 A1 has proven itself in practice on a large scale has, the known arrangement in terms of their Assembly handling perceived as in need of improvement.
An advantageous per se in the known arrangement The way of assembly consists of the sealing sleeve with its outer axial area facing away from its sealing lip ahead over the inner face of the inner tube away axially on their outer surface to be pushed open far until the locking lugs on the sleeve side engage the openings on the inner tube side.
Because the breakthroughs with punching notches always form avoidable sharp-edged edges it cannot be excluded in the case of unfavorable assembly handling, that the locking lugs because of a good one Sealing effect made of relatively soft plastic Sealing sleeve are scraped off so that a perfect attachment of the sealing sleeve to the inner tube is not always guaranteed.
Starting from what is known from DE 40 17 721 A1 telescopic vacuum cleaner suction pipe the invention has the object of being mountable to improve the known sealing sleeve and, if necessary associated with this, the cost of to reduce the assembly of the sealing sleeve.
According to the invention, this object solved that the inner tube as a counter-locking means at least one in the space between interior and Outer tube protruding projection is assigned that the projection is fixed on the wall of the inner tube is, and that the sleeve-side locking means from one the inner surface of the sleeve open, the counter-locking means receiving recess is formed, which a Breakthrough in the wall of the sealing sleeve forms.
The particular advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is that it is in the space inner tube-side protruding between inner and outer tube Head start - in contrast to the wall of the inner tube penetrating recess according to the DE 40 17 721 A1 - with simple means from the start trained in such a way that it can be mounted on the slide the sealing sleeve the inner contour of the sleeve Can not damage the recess.
One aspect of the invention is in this context also in having recognized that it is beneficial is the recess the softer material of the Material pairing, i.e. to assign the sealing sleeve, and the tube-side counter-locking means, the projection So, from the harder material of the inner tube form.
The invention expediently provides that the projection permanently attached to the wall of the inner tube is, this connection expediently from a cohesive connection of the projection with the wall of the inner tube can exist.
In a further embodiment of the invention an inner tube made of metal, the projection one that protrudes outward from the pipe interior and remains deformed embossing point. The manufacture of such Embossing is particularly favorable if the inner tube anyway at least one as a pull-out stop for that Outer tube determined from the outer surface of the inner tube has outstanding embossing.
In such a case, the stamping tool needs to make the pull-out stop just a little Dimension to be axially offset to the tube-side counter-locking means, namely the projection according to the invention finished. It is also possible to use a double stamping tool both the pull-out stop and the one according to the invention Head start, summarized in time, in to manufacture one operation.
This is an embodiment variant according to the invention characterized in that the sleeve-side recess on their inner end face facing away from the inner tube Side at least one transverse or inclined to Surface line of the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube Barrier area forms which one of the inner Corresponding end face of the inner tube facing away Counter locking surface of the projection engages behind.
In a further embodiment of the invention particularly gentle slide-on installation of the sealing sleeve achieved in that the projection one in the direction to the inner face of the inner tube up to the outer surface of the pipe is supple in the longitudinal direction of the pipe sloping sliding surface forms. The A hump or ramp-like slope Represent area.
Although the shape of the outer contour of the projection The invention has all possible forms an advantageous embodiment is designed such that the outer contour of the projection in the transition to the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube approximately triangular or is approximately trapezoidal, with the inner End face of the inner tube pointing triangle or Trapezoidal legs of the outer contour limit the sliding surface and the base facing away from the inner face the triangle contour or trapezoidal contour the counter-blocking surface limited.
A further development according to the invention exists in that the inner contour of the sleeve side Notch forming recess on the outer contour of the Projection is adjusted.
Although it is basically feasible that the recess on the sleeve side forming a recess to be provided in the inner surface of the sleeve body, it sees the invention of ease of manufacture for the sake of being particularly cheap, such Cut-out as opening in the wall of the sealing sleeve train. The radial is expedient The height of the projection is equal to or less than the wall thickness the sealing sleeve.
The known sealing sleeve according to the DE 40 17 721 A1 has a radial at its inner end inward protruding support ring, which is after installing the sealing sleeve against the inner face of the inner tube and thus a deferral limitation represents.
Such a deferral limit can either while maintaining the known support ring or by Replacement of the known support ring according to the invention be realized by the inner Face of the inner tube facing away from the face Sealing sleeve against at least one in the space protruding between the inner and outer tube, on The inner tube is struck by the support stop.
A particular advantage results from the fact that the support stop one from the interior of the inner tube protruding, permanently deformed embossing point which is also from the already mentioned pull-out stop can be formed.

- Telescopic vacuum cleaner suction tube according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the projection (22) forms a sliding face (25) which, in the longitudinal direction (x) of the tube, slopes away in a flexible manner in the direction towards the inner end face (11) of the inner tube (10) as far as the outer superficies (12) of the latter.
- Telescopic vacuum cleaner suction tube according to claim 6, characterised in that the sliding face (25) forms a face which slopes away in a hump-like or ramp-like manner.
- Telescopic vacuum cleaner suction tube according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the outer contour of the projection (22) is approximately triangular or trapezoidal in the transition to the outer superficies (12) of the inner tube (10), under which circumstances the side (26) of the triangle or trapezium of the outer contour, which side points towards the inner end face (11) of the inner tube (10), delimits the sliding face (25), and the base (27) of the contour of the triangle or trapezium, which base faces away from the inner end face (11), delimits the counter-blocking face (G).
- Telescopic vacuum cleaner suction tube according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the inner contour (K) of the clearance (23) which forms the latching means on the sleeve is adapted to the outer contour (26, 26; 27) of the projection (22).
- Telescopic vacuum cleaner suction tube according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that that end face (30) of the sealing sleeve (13) which faces away from the inner end face (11) of the inner tube (10) abuts against at least one supporting stop (29) which protrudes into the intervening space (Z) between the inner tube (10) and the outer tube (20) and is fixed in position on the inner tube (10).
- Telescopic vacuum cleaner suction tube according to claim 10, characterised in that the supporting stop (29) is a permanently deformed embossed point which protrudes outwards from the interior (24) of the inner tube (10).
