Claims (5)

  1. Umlaufende Ofenverbrennungsvorrichtung (1) zur Vernichtung von Rückständen in der Ausführung von Tiermehlen, Fetten und Kondensatdämpfen beziehungsweise Schwaden von Dehydratisierung, welche Folgendes aufweist:
    einen Brenner (3), der die Gesamtheit von solchen aktiven Fluiden erhält, wie zerstäubte Luft (10), Verbrennungsluft (12), Brennstoff zur möglichen Unterstützung, Abfallkondensate (11), Fette und Restflüssigkeiten (8), und diese in einem einzigen genauen axialen Strahl, der parallel zur Achse des Ofens (1) verläuft, in den umlaufenden Ofen (1) befördert;
    gekennzeichnet durch eine Schraube (2) zur kontinuierlichen Beschickung des Ofens (1) mit zerkleinerten festen Rückständen (5); und durch die axiale Triebkraft G des Brenners (3), ausgedrückt in Newton, welche mit der thermischen Leistungsfähigkeit W des Ofens (1), ausgedrückt in MW, durch die Beziehung G ≥ 60.W in Verbindung steht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ofen zylindrisch ausgebildet ist, und dass die Position des Brenners (3), festgelegt durch die Höhe H seiner horizontalen Achse über der Drehachse des Ofens (1) mit dem Innendurchmesser D, die Bedingung H = 0,3 D erfüllt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Achse des Brenners (3) einen Winkel β = 20° mit der vertikalen Achse bildet, wobei diese Achsen durch den Mittelpunkt der Vorderseite des Ofens (1) verlaufen.
  4. Feststehende Ofenverbrennungsvorrichtung (1) zur Vernichtung von Rückständen in der Ausführung von Fetten und Kondensatdämpfen beziehungsweise Schwaden von Dehydratisierung, gekennzeichnet durch einen Brenner (3), welcher die Gesamtheit von solchen aktiven Fluiden erhält, wie zerstäubte Luft (10), Verbrennungsluft (12), Brennstoff zur möglichen Unterstützung, Abfallkondensate (11), Fette und Restflüssigkeiten (8), und diese in einem einzigen genauen axialen Strahl, der parallel zur Achse des Ofens (1) verläuft, in den feststehenden Ofen (1) befördert, und durch die axiale Triebkraft G des Brenners (3), ausgedrückt in Newton, welche mit der thermischen Leistungsfähigkeit W des Ofens (1), ausgedrückt in MW, durch die Beziehung G ≥ 60.W in Verbindung steht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Achse des Brenners (3) einen Winkel β = 0° mit der vertikalen Achse bildet, wobei diese Achsen durch den Mittelpunkt der Vorderseite des Ofens (1) verlaufen.
