Description

The invention relates to a locking device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Hauben in bestimmten Stellungen in Wagenlängsrichtung.

Locking devices for sliding walls of freight cars fix the sliding walls or hoods in certain positions in the longitudinal direction of the wagon. When a sliding wall is opened, the sliding wall is on the running rail guiding the walls after the display process and can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the wagon approximately to the middle of the wagon in order to reveal the loading opening. If the vehicle is on a downhill slope or is loaded asymmetrically, the sliding wall may roll off automatically. During the closing process, the sliding wall is pushed in the longitudinal direction of the car up to the front wall and buffered there in the end position. Due to the buffering it can happen that the sliding wall has to be removed from the end position and pushed back again in order to be able to complete the closing process. These unwanted movements of the sliding wall should be prevented by locking devices. A locking device is presented in the ORE report B12 / RP48, page A.2 / 11, which automatically secures the sliding wall in the end position against the front wall and in the fully pushed position against longitudinal displacement. This locking device consists of a movable pawl and a nose, the pawl on the lower wall bracket of the sliding wall and the nose on the base in the two end positions. A disadvantage of this design is the complex and expensive arrangement of the movable pawl in the lower flange of the sliding wall, since this has to be opened for the implementation of the actuating linkage and then closed again tightly. Frequently, the cross-sectional profile of the lower wall girder does not allow such a weakening. Furthermore, the arrangement on the lower wall bracket has the disadvantage that larger tolerances build up, caused by manufacturing defects in the many individual parts, elastic behavior of the components, starting from the level of the running rail to the latch. Permanent functional reliability is not guaranteed. The fixing of the sliding wall can only be canceled by pressing the latch and simultaneously moving the wall. For the operator this means that the wall has to be pushed with one hand and the handle has to be disengaged with the other hand or he pushes the wall with both hands and moves the handle out with his foot. This cumbersome sequence of movements is physically difficult for the operator and the aforementioned disadvantages meant that this locking device on sliding wall wagons could not prevail.
The invention has for its object to provide a locking device that securely fixes the sliding wall on the base, does not weaken load-bearing components of the sliding wall, consists of a few individual parts, avoids larger tolerances, guarantees long-term functional reliability and ensures user-friendly displacement without incorrect operation of the sliding wall.
The solution is achieved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

According to Fig.1 are the main assemblies of a sliding wall car Base frame 1, end wall 2, center portal 3, sliding wall 4 shown. At least for loading and unloading the car one of the sliding walls 4 opened. This is done with an exhibition facility 5 according to Figure 2, 3 and 4, the sliding wall 4 after pivoted outside and placed on a running rail 6. Subsequently can the sliding wall 4 moved in the longitudinal direction of the car are released up to about half the length of the wagon is. When the long side of the wagon is closed, the sliding wall 4 pushed towards the end wall 2 until it is in the end position 2 and 5 strikes a buffer 7. The unwanted Retraction of the sliding wall 4 is by the locking device prevented. For this purpose, the sliding wall is on a drive 8 4 a locking bolt 9 rigidly attached. This locking bolt 9 lifts the sliding wall 4 when moving in End position on a start lever 10 via a guide lug 12. The start lever 10 is pivotable on a pivot 16 ' a pawl 11 attached. Via a stop 13 ', the is arranged on the thrust lever 10 such that this stop 13 'can rest on the top of the pawl and thus the lowest position of the start lever 10 on the pawl 11 limited, which is pivotable on a swivel 16 on Underframe 1 attached pawl 11 lifted at the same time. After driving the sliding wall 4 into the end position the pawl 11 falls by its own weight, as in shown in the drawing, or known to be spring-loaded with a semicircular recess 14 over the locking bolt 9. In this state, the sliding wall is 4 in Longitudinal carriage secured. For complete locking is the sliding wall 4 via the opening device 5 after swiveled inside and below. 3 leaves the locking bolt 9 the recess 14 of the pawl 11 and the pawl 11 falls down on the stop 13. At the The sliding wall 4 is opened via the opening device 5 pivoted outwards and upwards. Since the pawl 11 on the Stop 13 rests, the locking bolt 9 passes Top edge of the pawl 11. When moving 4 in the initial phase by the locking bolt 9 the guide lug 12 of the thrust lever 10 pressed down and the sliding wall 4 can pass freely. Has the locking bolt 9 passes the guide lug 12, the thrust lever falls 10 by dead weight or spring-loaded until it stops 13 'back on the pawl 11 and the readiness to lock is restored. It is within the meaning of the invention that the Thrust lever 10 is rigidly attached to the pawl 11 and the pawl 11 by known energy storage elements 15, e.g. Springs, is held in the locking position. Further Refinements of the arrangements of the locking bolt 9 and the start lever 10 and pawl 11 are provided. there is the locking bolt 9 rigid on the base 1 and the Thrust lever 10 and the pawl 11 via a swivel joint 17th pivotally attached to the drive 8. Likewise, the one Lever 19 fastened locking bolt 9 via the swivel joint 18 swiveling on the base frame 1 and with the guide lug 12 and recess 14 designed pawl 11 via the swivel 17 be pivotally attached to the drive 8. With the invention Locking device is advantageously the Sliding wall 4 securely locked in the CLOSED position. This locking device is released when the sliding wall 4 is opened automatic and uncomplicated, so that no additional Operating effort by the operator is required.
