Claims (20)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen des Ablaufventils einer Badewanne, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Knauf (1) zum Öffnen und Schließen des Ablaufventils umfasst, wobei der Knauf (1) mit einer Baugruppe aus einem Ritzel (9) und einer Zahnstange (13) versehen ist, um eine Rotationsbewegung des Knaufs (1) in eine Translationsbewegung zum Öffnen und Schließen des Ablaufventils umzuwandeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein elastisches Element (7) umfasst, das mit der Zahnstange (13) verbunden ist und mit einem Zahn (6) versehen ist, der zur Eingriffnahme in einem entsprechenden festen Gehäuse (8) geeignet ist, um ein Arretieren der Zahnstange (13) an einer Position am Ende eines Hubes der Zahnstange (13) zu ermöglichen, um das Ablaufventil in der offenen Stellung zu arretieren.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feste Gehäuse (8) als ein Gleitsitz der Zahnstange (13) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (7) mit einem gekrümmten Profil versehen ist, auf dem der Zahn (6) angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahn (6) mit einer gekrümmten Oberfläche versehen ist, um das feste Gehäuse (8) in Eingriff zu nehmen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (7) und der Zahn (6) auf einer Seite der Zahnstange (13) angeordnet sind, die einer Seite der Zahnstange (13) gegenüberliegt, die mit einem Zahn versehenen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (7) so gestaltet ist, dass sich der Zahn (6) aus seiner Eingriffnahme mit dem festen Gehäuse (8) lösen kann, wenn eine auf das Ablaufventil einwirkende Kraft einen Sollwert übersteigt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Translationsbewegung der Zahnstange (13) mittels eines Steuerseils (17) zu einer Sperrklinke übertragen wird, die dafür geeignet ist, mittels einer Drehbewegung um einen Sitz herum die Bewegung von einer Translations- in eine Drehbewegung umzuwandeln und dadurch mittels eines Stiftes, der starr mit der Sperrklinke verbunden ist, eine Verschiebung eines Lagerpunktes zu bewirken, um das Ablaufventil zu heben oder zu senken.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen fest verschlossenen Messingkörper (23) umfasst, in dessen Inneren ein Einsatz aus Thermoplastmaterial in Eingriff genommen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen äußeren Messingkörper (23) umfasst, in dem ein Einsatz (14) in Eingriff genommen ist, der durch ein elastisches Verriegelungsmittel (20) in dem Körper gehalten wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (14), zusammen mit dem Messingkörper (23), einen Sitz bildet, in dem der Körper der Zahnstange (13) gleitend in Eingriff genommen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstange (9) mit einem elastischen Element versehen ist, das ein gekrümmtes Profil aufweist, auf dem der Zahn (6) angeordnet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahn (6) an einer Position am Ende eines Hubes des Zahns (6) eine Stufe (48) ein Eingriff nimmt, die in dem Einsatz (14) ausgebildet ist und nach innen hervorsteht.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstange (13) und der Zahn (6) eine innere Stufe in Eingriff nehmen, die in dem Körper des Einsatzes ausgebildet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Stufe (48), die als ein Endanschlagelement für den Zahn (6) an einer Position am Ende eines Hubes des Zahns (6) fungiert, aufgrund der Elastizität des elastischen Elements (7), das ein freitragendes gekrümmtes Profil aufweist, auf dem der Zahn (6) angeordnet ist, ein Lösen der Eingriffnahme des Zahnes (6) und der Zahnstange (13) gestattet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (7) mit einer Nase versehen ist, die ausgelenkt werden kann, um es dem Zahnstangenzahn zu ermöglichen, in Kontakt mit einer Innenwand des Einsatzes zu gleiten.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz mit einem Sitz versehen ist, in dem das Steuerseil (17) in Eingriff genommen werden kann, wobei das Steuerseil (17) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerseil (17) mit zwei Endabschnitten (40, 41) versehen ist, die gemeinsam mit einer Seilhülle (42) geformt sind, wobei in der Hülle (42) ein Stahlseil zum Öffnen und Schließen des Ablaufventils angeordnet ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung außerdem ein Element umfasst, das in der Hülle (42) in Eingriff genommen ist, um zu verhindern, dass sich Rippenelemente (33) aus einer Eingriffnahme lösen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (42) an einem äußeren Messingkörper (31) angebracht ist, der eine Verschlussabdeckung (36) und eine innere Stufe (37) aufweist, mit der der Zahn (6), der auf dem elastischen Element (7) angeordnet ist, in Eingriff gelangen kann.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder einem der folgenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (42) mit einem inneren Element (25) sowie mit Zähnen (33) versehen ist, um die Baugruppe aus dem Steuerseil und der Hülle zu befestigen, wobei die Elemente mittels eins Stahlstiftes (34), der in einem Sitz quer zur Längsachse der Hülle in Eingriff genommen ist, in eine starre Anordnung miteinander gebracht sind.
