Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Papier, Papiervlies, Laminat od. dgl. Werkstoffbahn mit einer Bindemittelzuführeinrichtung (12) in einer Papiermaschine (10) sowie unter nachfolgendem Härten, insbesondere einer mittels eines Lackiervorganges weiterbehandelten spaltfesten Werkstoffbahn (16), der an der Bindemittelzuführeinrichtung ein wasserverdünnbares Acrylat in Form eines Bindemittels zugeführt wird, wobei die so behandelte Werkstoffbahn nach dem Abdunsten des Wasseranteils mit Elektronenstrahl gehärtet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach dem Zuführen des Bindemittels das Acrylat in nicht vernetzter Form enthaltende Werkstoffbahn (16) unter Verdunstung des Wassers aus dem Bindemittel getrocknet wird, daß die nicht vernetzte Werkstoffbahn dann bedruckt, nach dem Drucken ein mit Elektronenstrahl härtbarer Lack aufgebracht sowie anschließend die Vernetzung bzw. Polymerisation ausgelöst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Emulsion als Bindemittel, die bevorzugt in einer Leimpresse (12) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in unvernetzten Papierresten vorhandene Polymere bzw. die polymerhaltige Emulsion zur Bindemittelzuführeinrichtung (12) rückgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkstoff- bzw. Papierbahn (16) mit dem Acrylat unter Anwendung von Druck imprägniert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Imprägniervorgang mit Polyester, Epoxy-, Urethan- oder Vollacrylat bei Raumtemperatur mit 200 bis 400 m/min Fördergeschwindigkeit durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Imprägnierung mit 10 g bis 20 g, bevorzugt mit etwa 15 g, Acrylat und 10 g bis 20 g, bevorzugt mit etwa 15 g, Wasseranteil je m2 Papierbahn (16) eines Gewichts von 30 g bis 60 g, bevorzugt 45 g, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn (16) auf einer beheizten Walze, insbesondere einer Walze mit verchromter Oberfläche, kontaktgetrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn (16) von etwa 20 bis 25 % Wasseranteil auf 2 bis 4 % Wasseranteil getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn (16) vor dem Druckvorgang kalandriert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch das Auftragen pigmentierten oder durchsichtigen elektronenstrahlhärtbaren Lackes (ESH-Lackes) nach dem Druckvorgang.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vernetzte Papierbahn (16) mit einer untenliegenden imprägnierten Papierschicht darüber einer gegebenenfalls mehrlagigen Farbschicht und einer diese abdeckenden Deckschicht aus ESH-Lack hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Papierschicht mit etwa 60 g/m2, eine Farbschicht bis etwa 2 Mikrometer und eine Deckschicht von 10 bis 12 g/m2.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus dem Imprägniervorgang überschüssiges Bindemittel, insbesondere Acrylatemulsion, rückgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 3 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unvernetzten Papierreste in Zellstoff und Pigmente einerseits sowie die Emulsion aus Polymer und Wasser anderseits aufgeschlossen werden, wonach die Emulsion zum Imprägniervorgang rückgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel bzw. die Emulsion durch wenigstens einen Filter (30) rückgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Bindemittel bzw. der Emulsion aus einem Mischbehälter (26) kommende Emulsion zugemischt wird.
