Claims (13)

  1. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung, bestehend aus (ausgedrückt in Gewichtsprozent): C 0,3 - 0,4 % Cr 2,0 - 4,0 % Mo 0,8 - 3,0 % V 0,4 - 1,0 % W 1,5 - 3,0 % Co 1,0 - 5,0 % Si 0 - 1,0 % Mn 0 - 1,0 % Ni 0 - 1,0 %
    wobei der Rest in der Hauptsache aus Eisen und unvermeidlichen Verunreinigungen besteht.
  2. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1 bestehend aus (ausgedrückt in Gewichtsprozent): C 0,33 - 0,37 % Cr 2,58 - 3,50 % Mo 1,20 - 2,20 % V 0,60 - 0,90 %
  3. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehalte dieser Legierung an P, Sb, Sn und As (ausgedrückt in Gewichtsprozent) die Beziehungen erfüllen: P ≤ 0,008 % Sb ≤ 0,002 % Sn ≤ 0,003 % As ≤ 0,005 %
    während der durch die Bruscato-Beziehung ausgedrückte Wert B = (10 P + 5 Sb + 4 Sn + As) × 0,01 höchstens gleich 0,10 % ist.
  4. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 1,8 bis 2,6 Gewichtsprozent Wolfram enthält.
  5. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 1,5 bis 3,0 Gewichtsprozent Cobalt enthält.
  6. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 0,20 bis 0,50 Gewichtsprozent Silicium enthält.
  7. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 0,20 bis 0,50 Gewichtsprozent Mangan enthält.
  8. Werkzeugstahl-Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weniger als 0,30 Gewichtsprozent Nickel enthält.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Werkzeugstahl in einer Zusammensetzung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Abschrecken umfaßt bestehend aus:
    einem Erhitzen des Stahls auf Temperaturen zwischen 1020°C und 1100°C und
    einem gestuften Abschrecken bei Temperaturen zwischen 250°C und 320°C.
  10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Abschrecken umfaßt bestehend aus:
    einem Erhitzen des Stahls auf Temperaturen zwischen 1040°C und 1070°C und
    einem gestuften Abschrecken bei Temperaturen zwischen 250°C und 320°C.
  11. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahl nach dem Abschrecken einer Vergütung bei Temperaturen zwischen 550°C und 580°C unterzogen wird.
  12. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahl nach der ersten Vergütung einer zweiten Vergütung bei Temperaturen zwischen 580°C und 680°C unterzogen wird.
  13. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Werkzeugstahl der Legierung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Umschmelze mittels Abschmelzelektrode im Vakuum oder mittels Abschmelzelektrode in der Schlacke umfaßt.
