    6. Mechanical connection piece according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein each constituent element includes an axis of symmetry of order 2.
    7. Mechanical connection piece according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the distal parts of the wings (3, 3', 3a, 3a') form arcs of circles which, in the spread position, exert lateral pressure on the inside edges of an opening (80) in the piece to be connected (60, 60').
    8. Mechanical connection piece according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the thickness (e) of the wings includes a throat (7) capable of receiving the inside flank of an opening (80) made in a piece to be connected (60, 60').
