Definitions
- the invention relates to a drill bit for a drill pipe for Execution of drilling holes in loose rock with at least a cutting profile arranged on the face of the drill tip and at least one detergent outlet.
- Non-cohesive or uneven rock types in particular Sand are usually not a problem with the drilling method.
- Dependent the soil material can be determined from the storage density of the soil partially in the borehole wall.
- the choice of detergent means that the bottom is smaller for grain sizes easily transportable as one to two millimeters.
- Stony or coarsely gravelly loose rock types can be flushing holes complicate or even prevent. Stones or coarse gravel are not eligible for the drilling drilling process. With the known It is drilling tips in the flush drilling method in such loose rock not possible or not economical, stones in eligible Crush pieces. Either stones become violent pushed into the borehole wall, or the borehole must be abandoned become.
- the loose rock is in the area of Drill tip released mechanically and by flushing.
- the mechanical So far, drilling has mainly been done by milling or displace with the drill tip.
- the drilling effect i.a. depending on the design of the drill tip and the pressure the drill tip against the bottom of the borehole.
- the rinsing effect is among others depending on the amount of detergent and the Energy and shape of the flushing jet.
- the loosened soil should be mixed be pumped out of the borehole with the detergent.
- the One of the benefits of the flushing agent is depending on weight and Viscosity of the detergent.
- the flushing agent is inside the drill transported to the drill tip.
- An overcut of the drill tip over the outside diameter of the drill pipe creates one Annulus, which serves as the conveying line of the drilling material.
- indirect Flush drilling will be carried out in a separate feed line directed to the drill tip.
- the drilling material is through the drill pipe interior brought to light.
- the drilling tip that creates the drilling effect in the ground can only consist of the head of the drill pipe a structural part placed on the drill pipe, or from a combination of the head of the drill pipe and one attached construction part exist.
- Drill tips for flush drilling in loose rock are in different versions known (e.g. DE-Gbm 87 16 923). They always consist of a more or less mechanical structure and one or more outlets (nozzles) for the detergent.
- the invention has for its object a drill bit to create the type mentioned with the flush holes in all loose rock types more effectively and reliably than before carried out without the risk of clogging the detergent outlets can be.
- the at least one cutting profile as Guide profile is designed such that it rotates around the drilling axis defines a space delimited against the borehole wall between the area of the at least one detergent outlet and the tip of the drill bit, and that during rotation the flushing agent emerging from the at least one outlet radially is steerable on the borehole wall and thereby a radial outward movement force in the area of the delimited Material located in the room is exercised.
- the invention differs from all known drill bits in particular in that the loosened soil by the rotation spanned space into extractable and non-extractable parts of the soil is separated, this space ensuring that both Shares to be further processed for optimized drilling performance and clogging of the detergent outlets due to forced penetration from the ground is largely prevented.
- two are wing-like Guide profiles parallel to each other and symmetrical to Drilling axis on a support for a central flushing agent outlet nozzle appropriate.
- a carrier 1 which is indicated only schematically in a Drill pipe 2 is attached, is an axially directed nozzle 3 as Outlet for the detergent is attached, and further are on the base plate the carrier 1 two guide profiles 4 and 5 attached.
- the Guide profiles 4 and 5 run symmetrically parallel to the drilling axis 6 and at a distance from each other. They are wing-shaped and inclined slightly inwards to the drilling axis 6.
- On their outside the guide profiles 4 and 5 taper conically, taking on their lower end are slightly angled again and with these angled ends form the drill bit end 7, wherein they form a gap between them.
- the guiding profiles protrude with its upper end radially beyond the drill pipe 2, so that between the borehole wall 8 and the drill pipe 2, a space 9 is formed by the mixture of detergent and swimming is promoted upwards.
- the shape of the guide profiles means that when rotating in the Drilling tip a mixing room 10 is spanned.
- mechanical Drilling effect of the guide profiles 4, 5 is the bottom in the Borehole wall 8, e.g. by creating ground breaks.
- Detergent deflected onto the borehole wall loosens the floor hydraulic. Smaller soil components become from the borehole wall torn out, larger ones are made by the constant painted over the guide profiles held in the borehole wall. In this way, one of the effects of the ⁇ detergent jet dependent borehole environment the smaller soil components washed out and in the mixing chamber 10 of the drill bit whirled.
- the mixing space 10 enables good swirling of the flushed-in floor with the detergent and thus ensures the resolution required for funding is also strong cohesive soils.
- the constantly supplied detergent tends to result a flow to the production line of the drill pipe.
- the guide profiles act through the rotary movement the drill tip like a turbine with one to the borehole wall directed movement. If floor parts, e.g. due to saturation pressure in the mixing area in the area of influence of the turbine effect of the guiding profiles, they are transported outside and again by mechanical brushing through the guide profiles built into the borehole wall. The space required for this is achieved by rinsing, separating and conveying the smaller parts of the floor made available.
- the tip end construction 7 can consist of one or more construction parts or else also a component as in the present exemplary embodiment the guide profiles 4, 5 form. Except the deflection of the detergent jet the tip end construction has the task when the drill tip is axially pressed against the borehole wall the central access of undissolved soil into the mixing room 10 to prevent. If - as in the present case - the tip end construction 7 is permeable, there is Advantage that a dose of the detergent centrally in front of the drill tip can be directed.
- the detergent emerging from the detergent outlet 3 becomes due to deflection by the guide profiles 4, 5 and the tip end construction 7 on the soil to be solved in the borehole wall 8 directed and mixes with the turbulence loosened soil whirled into the mixing room 10.
- the eligible Proportion of the detergent-drillings mixture is made by continuous Inflow of the detergent from the detergent outlet 3 of the delivery line of the drill pipe.
- the not transportable Share of the mixture is ultimately through the guide profiles 4, 5 outsourced into the borehole wall 8.
- the mixing room 10 is also a protective space for the detergent outlet 3, because a uncontrolled contact between undissolved soil and the detergent outlet avoided and thus clogging the detergent outlet is prevented.
- Violent thanks to a permeable tip construction 7 penetrating into the mixing chamber 10 is for the functionality of the drill bit is not critical because of the penetrating Floor is already plasticized and due to the detergent turbulence in the mixing room there is no blockage in the back Detergent outlet 3 can cause.
- only one detergent outlet 3 is provided, but can also there are two or more detergent outlets.
- two guide profiles 4 and 5 are provided, which are also by a single or more than two guiding profiles can be replaced, provided that perform the function of rotating the drill pipe To span the mixing room in the sense of the invention.
- Drill tip primarily flushes the borehole radially and thus avoids deep rinsing holes in an uncontrolled manner the drill bit. Due to the better positional accuracy of the steel pile additional costs due to any special constructions that may be required reduced or avoided for the pile head connections.
- the second advantage is the recoil compensation Axial component of the ejecting detergent jet.
