Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Qualitätssicherung von in einer Crimpvorrichtung hergestellten Crimpverbindungen, welche Crimpverbindungen dadurch hergestellt werden, daß ein Crimpanschlußbauteil zwischen zwei relativ zueinander beweglichen Werkzeugteilen (18, 24) eines in die Crimpvorrichtung einsetzbaren Werkzeugs (14) beim Aufeinanderzubewegen der Werkzeugteile an einem Kabelende befestigt wird,
wobei die Qualität der Crimpverbindung dadurch überwacht wird, daß Meßdaten, die aus einer bei dem Crimpvorgang gemessene Kraft-Weg-Kennlinie der beiden relativ zueinander beweglichen Werkzeugteile erhalten werden, mit gespeicherten Solldaten verglichen werden, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (14) mit einem Datenträger (36) versehen wird, der werkzeugspezifische Solldaten trägt und daß die werkzeugspezifischen Solldaten mit den jeweiligen Meßdaten verglichen werden.
