Abstract
Description
von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a grate block for a system for
thermal treatment of waste according to the generic term
of
From document EP 0 844 438 A2 is a grate for one Furnace known, which a plurality of with Has cooling channels provided grate blocks. This known grate blocks having a longitudinal direction have perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the grate Cooling channels, which are arranged in a meandering shape, and in Longitudinal cooling of different strengths allow.
The disadvantage of these known rust blocks is that Fact that for a grate having a plurality of rust blocks arranged next to each other differ designed grate blocks are required. Are further the side walls of the grate are difficult to cool. In addition, the Design of the meandering cooling channels relative complex and correspondingly expensive.
The present invention is based on the object to form an economically more advantageous grate block.
This problem is solved with a grate block
the features of
The task is solved in particular with a grate block comprising a substantially rectangular one Body defining the longitudinal direction with a cast, meandering pipe, with a partial section of the tube in the longitudinal direction laterally in Grate block is arranged. A fluid is used as the coolant, preferably water used to cool the Rust block flows through the pipe.
The arrangement of a section laterally in the Rust block in the longitudinal direction of the pipe shows the Advantage on that a large over the side surfaces Amount of heat can be dissipated. An advantage of the invention is to see that the side walls or the lateral limits of the grate with the Cool the grate block according to the invention in a simple manner to let. The longitudinal alignment of the pipes also prevents largely differentiated cooling in the longitudinal direction of the grate block, which has the advantage that in Longitudinal no major temperature differences occur. Since there is usually only one in the grate block only tube is located, which is from a common Fluid flows through, the effect can occur that the a section of the laterally extending tube has a higher temperature than the other, perpendicular to Longitudinally opposite section of the side running pipe. This can be a problem in the grate block perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Result in temperature difference. The The grate block according to the invention has the advantage that this effect can be compensated for by two Grate blocks with their side faces side by side be arranged, the one side surface the light higher temperature and the other side face the slightly has lower temperature, so that the existing Temperature difference through a heat exchange over the adjacent side surfaces is reduced.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, this is Pipe with respect to the longitudinal direction of the grate block trending plane of symmetry trending symmetrically arranged. This has the advantage that it is used Equipping an entire grate with just one Embodiment of rust blocks is required.
Another advantage of the grate block according to the invention can be seen in the fact that the inserted tube to achieve the required cooling capacity relatively fewer curvatures needs, which is why the design of the shape of the tube is inexpensive to manufacture. This tube is called Semi-finished and the ready-made tube in one Mold inserted for a grate block unit and the Rust block cast in a known manner.
The invention is based on several exemplary embodiments explained in more detail with the help of the following figures.

Fig. 1a zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch einen Rostblock 1
Luftaustrittsöffnung 47 angeordnet.1a shows a longitudinal section through a
Fig. 1b zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eines
vier Fünftel der Länge L4.1b shows a further embodiment of a
Fig. 2a zeigt in einer Untenansicht ein weiteres
Fig. 1a dargestellt, eine obere Wand 23 auf, welche
wesentlichen in Längsrichtung L verlaufende Teilabschnitt
16a weist darauf folgend einen gekrümmt verlaufenden
Teilabschnitt 16b auf, münden in einen weiteren in
Längsrichtung L verlaufenden Teilabschnitt 16c, daraufhin
wiederum in einen gekrümmt verlaufenden Teilabschnitt 16d,
welcher in den Teilabschnitt 16e mündet. 2a shows another in a bottom view

Fig. 2b zeigt in einer Schnittdarstellung entlang der
Längsrichtung L im Fuss 26 verlaufenden Teilabschnitt 16g.2b shows a sectional view along the

Gussteils kompensiert. Vorteilhafterweise wird links
und/oder recht des dargestellten Rostblockes 1 ein
weiterer Rostblock 1 angeordnet, so dass deren Seitenwände
29a,29b gegenüber liegen und dadurch deren leicht
unterschiedliche Temperaturen zusätzlich kompensiert wird,
so dass eine relativ gleichförmige Temperaturverteilung
entsteht.The
dargestellt. Mehrere Rostblöcke 1 nebeneinander angeordnet
bilden die Breite des Rostes.4 is a
Das Rostelement 3 weist im dargestellten
Ausführungsbeipiel neun in Längsrichtung L hintereinander
angeordnete Reihen 4,5 von Rostblöcken 1 auf, wobei
jeweils eine feststehende Reiche 4 einer beweglichen Reihe
5 folgt.
The
Durch die erfindungsgemässe Anordnung des Teilabschnittes

einfache weise über die jeweils anliegende Seitenwand
29a,29b des Rostblockes 1 kühlen.Due to the arrangement of the section according to the
A major advantage of the
Fig. 3a zeigt eine perspektivische Unteransicht eines

Symmetrieebene S ausgestaltet. Fig. 3b zeigt den Verlauf
