Definitions
- the present application relates to a canopy construction according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- canopy constructions in State of the art in which a surface to be covered, the connects to the wall of a building using a canopy is covered. This allows a covered area in front of building facades are obtained where e.g. Pedestrians can stop by too Rain, e.g. look at the expenses of shops without getting wet to be able to.
- the well-known canopy constructions end on their eaves side either without special measures to catch and derive Rainwater or with a gutter that drains the water from the roof picks up and usually leads back to the building facade by means of a pipe, where it either goes through the facade and inside the The building, or down the facade, e.g. in the Sewerage is led.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a canopy construction train that the disadvantages of the prior art are avoided and thanks to the innovative design of the canopy construction a lighter and more versatile way to remove it from the roof collected water is created and that at the same time an extension the architectural design options are achieved.
- the inventive design of the canopy construction with it assigned columns can be maintained at the same time overall architectural impression through the number of used Pillars both have sufficient wire cross-section for the derivation of the Rainwater are created from the collection facility, and at the same time a sufficiently stable support for the canopy construction can be achieved.
- the length of the protruding from the building facade Canopy construction is due to the use of columns according to the invention practically not limited.
- the number of columns to support one canopy construction according to the invention can be without impairment the overall architectural impression of the facade if necessary be increased or decreased, depending on the requirements that the statics require the canopy construction provides.
- By assigning the Columns to the end of the roof surface opposite the side wall the area to be covered is not supported by support means for the Canopy construction interrupted. The entire area can be unhindered be used because there is no support for the roof area in this area is required.
- the columns also form an optically effective line, which limits the area covered by the canopy construction without to affect these in their base area.
- the collecting device is operated by one or several pillars of the canopy structure are supported. That’s it possible to collect the device completely independently of the To design the roof area of the canopy structure since the roof area is not needs to be used to support the collecting device.
- the roof area is in the area the side wall or facade of the building is at least partially load-bearing supported. This makes it advantageously possible to support the Roof area partly over the side wall and partly over the column to accomplish.
- the roof area between the side wall and the pillar has an incline that is in Direction of the column runs. It is particularly advantageous if the column assigned vertical line for discharging the water such as the column is assigned that it is arranged within the column, or runs. This protects the line e.g. from vandalism as they are within the general mechanically more stable column is arranged.
- this embodiment according to the invention offers further Design options. There can be vertical lines to drain the Water are used, to which no optical demands are made must be, since the lines are not visible. Can be beneficial also the inside of the column itself as a pipe for draining the water serve if the column is suitably hollow.
- the column load-bearing foundation on which the column stands is advantageously achieved so that if necessary, not only vertical forces are absorbed by the column but also forces in the horizontal direction, like them for example introduced into the column through the sloping roof surface can be.
- the foundation for the column has an in vertical line or a receptacle for a such a line to drain the water from the column.
- the inside of the Column itself can also advantageously serve as a line leading into the line of the foundation.
- the foundation has an im essential horizontal opening that the water from the foundation leads out again, for example, to introduce it into a channel.
- the collection device has a gutter shape, this gutter being carried by the column and has one or more openings. Through these openings the gutter dewatered, with the water running in the vertical direction Line is fed. Is fed into a column vertical line, the collecting device advantageously has one Opening, which is arranged centrally above a column and the water after below in the column or in the horizontal line running in this derives.
- vertical conduit arranged within the column in such a way with the channel connected that the vertical line is held by the gutter.
- Plastic lines are used as a vertical line to the Opening of the collecting device, e.g. attached by conventional means can be.
- the building has a foundation or a foundation-like base plate, which is in one piece with the foundation of at least one of the columns is trained. This has the particular advantage that the foundation of the Column is additionally stabilized. It can also be used simultaneously firm reason for the area to be covered.
- the foundation of the column with a at least partially U-shaped cross section, at least in parts of the Foundation can easily drain the water out of the Foundation can be reached.
- the opening allows a line for draining the water essentially horizontally from the foundation lead out.
- the entire vertical line is in the area of the foundation accessible.
- Collection device designed as a gutter that extends horizontally along the Eaves edge of the roof surface extends.
- the design of the canopy structure is even absolutely horizontal Alignment of the collection facility possible because its not drained The length along the eaves edge only extends from column to column. As a result of that the collection device can be drained in the area of the columns can, there is no inclination of this channel, unlike channels in the prior art Technology, required.
- This advantageously enables the use of always same components, as there are no height differences in the area of the gutter must be balanced.
- it has the special one design advantage that the usual horizontal optically acting Lines on a facade are not disturbed by an inclined gutter become.
- Also for canopy constructions where the roof area is one has a very long eaves edge there are no height differences in the area of Gutter required, i.e. an absolutely horizontal course of the Collection device or gutter is made possible.
- the roof surface the canopy structure is at least partially supported by the column.
- This has the advantage that an attachment of the canopy structure is not alone must take place on the facade or side wall of a building, but that the opposite end of the roof surface also rests securely. This can result in less stable supporting structures for the roof area be used, resulting in both cost savings as well minor restrictions in the architectural design.
- the column carries the roof area over the collecting device, whereby advantageously a carrier used to carry the roof surface at the same time as Gutter can be formed.
- This can be an inexpensive Construction that is very stable and at the same time architecturally, a wide scope for design Canopy construction offers.
- the side wall is the wall of a winter garden.
- the roof area according to the invention can not only the area before conserveatory are simply roofed over, but also e.g. glassy Side wall of the winter garden from dirt and falling Water are protected.
- Another advantage of the invention is that it enables the To design the winter garden as part of the building's thermal protection envelope, because the use of a column according to the invention is particularly simple Design of a canopy structure on a conservatory. Through the facade of the winter garden, which is part of the thermal protection cover of the Building, do not need any supporting parts for the canopy construction are passed through so that no thermal bridges arise or none special measures for thermal insulation must be provided.
- the canopy construction according to the invention affects the Thermal protection cover, especially in a conservatory, the facade can only perform limited functions, practically not.
- the roof area is located and the roof of the winter garden on the same level and the roof of the conserveatory is through the roof area over the wall of the conservatory extended beyond.
- the roof surface is also connected to the roof of the conservatory.
- This has the advantage that the roof of the winter garden in the area of the side wall of the winter garden does not need to be carried by this.
- the roof of the winter garden and the roof surface can advantageously be configured in one piece.
- An advantageous development of the invention is the roof of the winter garden carried by a stand which is inside the heat protection cover of the Building or conservatory is arranged.
- the stand in a favorable development of the invention, it is also possible to use the stand to be arranged outside the heat protection cover. It is cheap Side wall of the winter garden without an opening, especially for to form the elements supporting the roof surface. This makes it possible to form the heat protection cover without an opening.
- the roof area is in the area of Channel designed so that the roof surface does not protrude beyond the channel. This enables the water to be safely discharged into the channel.
- this design offers the possibility of using the gutter To design the roof surface optically.
- the channel has receiving means for the attachment of additional assigned to the roof area Components, e.g. sun blinds used for conservatories or Cleaning devices. This allows the roof area and for example, the roof of a winter garden from such To completely relieve or keep additives free, so that a uniform roof area can be designed.
- additional assigned to the roof area Components e.g. sun blinds used for conservatories or Cleaning devices.
- the canopy construction according to the invention e.g. Ladders or planks for walking on the Canopy construction, e.g. as an escape route or for maintenance and cleaning from e.g. Sun blinds or the roof area itself.
- FIG 1 shows a canopy structure 1 according to the invention, which is different from the facade 5 of a building 50 over a surface 2 to be covered extends.
- the canopy structure 1 consists of a roof surface 10, the extends from the facade 5 to a collecting device 3.
- the Collecting device 3 is designed as a channel 30, which is formed by columns 4 is worn.
- the roof surface 10 is supported on the facade 5.
- At the opposite end 10 of the roof surface lies on the channel 30 from which it is also supported in the vertical direction.
- the Shear forces of the roof surface 10 of the canopy structure 1 of Figure 1, which in vertical direction, are also taken up by this. To the channel 30 is firmly connected to the columns 4.
- the columns 4 are fixed on a foundation 40 each (compare Figures 2 and 3), which is firmly in the ground is anchored and with which the column 4 is firmly connected, so that it is like a beams clamped on one side and shear forces caused by the Roof surface 10 are exerted on the channel 30 and thus the column 4, can record.
- a foundation 40 each (compare Figures 2 and 3), which is firmly in the ground is anchored and with which the column 4 is firmly connected, so that it is like a beams clamped on one side and shear forces caused by the Roof surface 10 are exerted on the channel 30 and thus the column 4, can record.
- the Thrust forces of the inclined roof surface 10 by suitable Fasteners are added to the facade 5.
- the roof area 10 of the canopy structure 1 consists of three sub-areas, the corresponding the spaces between the four columns 4 are designed.
- a strut 11 arranged, which essentially forms a lateral closure or a Sealing between two sections 100.
- the struts 11 can for Roof area 10 take on a supporting function.
- the roof surface 10 can but also be designed so that they only in the area of the facade 5 or the groove 30 is worn.
- the area to be covered 2 which is due to the invention
- Design of the canopy structure is not affected by components which are part of the canopy construction 1.
- the columns 4 are on extreme end of the roof surface 10, so that the surface to be covered 2nd is practically not reduced by the presence of the columns 4.
- the too Covering surface 2 is therefore between facade 5 and columns 4 protected from the rain by the canopy construction and unrestricted usable.
- the area to be covered as a space for tables and chairs of a street cafe are used or for the display of goods of shops.
- the roof surface 10 consists of glass surfaces, but what for the function of the canopy construction according to the invention is not necessarily has to be the case.
- the roof surface 10 also has struts 11, the form an optical closure for the roof surface 10 and at the same time therefor ensure that water flowing down from the roof surface does not e.g. by Wind comes over the side of the roof surface 10.
- the roof surface 10 flowing water is collected in the collecting device 3, so that it does not extend beyond the eaves edge 12 of the canopy structure 1. This ensures that for a person who is on the to Covering area 2 is not to be feared that the Water collected on the roof surface when leaving the roof to be covered Area 2, in the case of rain, also runs down on the person. It also has the advantage that the area of the area to be covered 2 in the vicinity of the eaves edge 12 not additionally by splashing water from rain is affected.
- the water absorbed by the channel 30 of the roof surface 10 becomes within the columns 4 vertically down to the foundation 4 (compare Figures 2 and 3) derived from column 4.
- the groove 30 then only has Area of these pillars in their bottom an opening to the water in the vertical line 41 to feed the column 4.
- each of the columns 4 for the removal of water from the channel 30th is designed.
- both the technical Adapted number of columns as well as any, architecturally desired number can be used. That from the pillars 4 water introduced into the soil gets into the in a known manner customary sewer 410.
- FIG. 2 shows a section through a winter garden 6, part of a Building 50 is.
- the winter garden consists of a roof 62 and one the roof-supporting side wall 61.
- the side wall 61 stands on a foundation-like base plate 63 and is supported by this.
- the Roof 62 is supported by struts 11 and is on its side wall 61 opposite end attached to a wall 610.
- the wall 610 and the winter garden 6 form parts of the same building 50.
- the roof In the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 2, 62 consists of glass.
- the glazing the roof 62 is so insulating that it together with the likewise heat-insulating side wall 61 of the winter garden 6 forms part of the thermal insulation shell of the building 50.
- the conserveatory 6 thus forms part of the habitable interior of the Building 50.
- roof surface 10 is on one side carried by the side wall 61 of the winter garden 6, on its other Side of the gutter 30 shear forces of the roof surface 10 at Embodiment of Figure 2 also taken from the groove 30.

Abstract
Description
The present application relates to a canopy construction according to the
Preamble of
In the known versions of canopy constructions, in which the water is simply drained over the edge of the eaves in particular the disadvantage that passers-by are below the roof Rain is protected, but especially when leaving the covered area not only from normal rain but also from the roof area are exposed to flowing water.
Gefällige architektonischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten sind wesentlich eingeschränktIn the other embodiments of canopy constructions, the Drainage of water is only minor architectural Design options and also are especially for larger ones Canopy structures, due to the then correspondingly larger Amount of rain, large drain pipes required to accommodate the large amount of water to be able to record. Compliant architectural Design options are significantly restricted
The object of the present invention is to provide a canopy construction train that the disadvantages of the prior art are avoided and thanks to the innovative design of the canopy construction a lighter and more versatile way to remove it from the roof collected water is created and that at the same time an extension the architectural design options are achieved.
This object is achieved by the inventive design of the
Canopy construction achieved according to
The inventive design of the canopy construction with it assigned columns, can be maintained at the same time overall architectural impression through the number of used Pillars both have sufficient wire cross-section for the derivation of the Rainwater are created from the collection facility, and at the same time a sufficiently stable support for the canopy construction can be achieved. The length of the protruding from the building facade Canopy construction is due to the use of columns according to the invention practically not limited. The number of columns to support one canopy construction according to the invention can be without impairment the overall architectural impression of the facade if necessary be increased or decreased, depending on the requirements that the statics require the canopy construction provides. By assigning the Columns to the end of the roof surface opposite the side wall the area to be covered is not supported by support means for the Canopy construction interrupted. The entire area can be unhindered be used because there is no support for the roof area in this area is required. The columns also form an optically effective line, which limits the area covered by the canopy construction without to affect these in their base area.
It is particularly advantageous if the collecting device is operated by one or several pillars of the canopy structure are supported. That’s it possible to collect the device completely independently of the To design the roof area of the canopy structure since the roof area is not needs to be used to support the collecting device.
This also increases the design and technical Design options for the canopy construction according to the invention. In an advantageous development of the invention, the roof area is in the area the side wall or facade of the building is at least partially load-bearing supported. This makes it advantageously possible to support the Roof area partly over the side wall and partly over the column to accomplish. In a favorable design of the canopy construction the roof area between the side wall and the pillar has an incline that is in Direction of the column runs. It is particularly advantageous if the column assigned vertical line for discharging the water such as the column is assigned that it is arranged within the column, or runs. This protects the line e.g. from vandalism as they are within the general mechanically more stable column is arranged. Furthermore this embodiment according to the invention offers further Design options. There can be vertical lines to drain the Water are used, to which no optical demands are made must be, since the lines are not visible. Can be beneficial also the inside of the column itself as a pipe for draining the water serve if the column is suitably hollow.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention, the column load-bearing foundation on which the column stands. Thereby a solid stand for the column is advantageously achieved so that if necessary, not only vertical forces are absorbed by the column but also forces in the horizontal direction, like them for example introduced into the column through the sloping roof surface can be. Conveniently, the foundation for the column has an in vertical line or a receptacle for a such a line to drain the water from the column. The inside of the Column itself can also advantageously serve as a line leading into the line of the foundation. The foundation has an im essential horizontal opening that the water from the foundation leads out again, for example, to introduce it into a channel. In Favorable development of the invention, the collection device has a gutter shape, this gutter being carried by the column and has one or more openings. Through these openings the gutter dewatered, with the water running in the vertical direction Line is fed. Is fed into a column vertical line, the collecting device advantageously has one Opening, which is arranged centrally above a column and the water after below in the column or in the horizontal line running in this derives. In a particularly advantageous development of the invention vertical conduit arranged within the column in such a way with the channel connected that the vertical line is held by the gutter. As a result, there are no further fastening measures for the vertical Line required inside the column. This enables the use of commercially available hollow columns, without these being specially designed Need to become. Likewise, simple conventional e.g. Plastic lines are used as a vertical line to the Opening of the collecting device, e.g. attached by conventional means can be. In a particularly advantageous development of the invention the building has a foundation or a foundation-like base plate, which is in one piece with the foundation of at least one of the columns is trained. This has the particular advantage that the foundation of the Column is additionally stabilized. It can also be used simultaneously firm reason for the area to be covered.
Due to the advantageous design of the foundation of the column with a at least partially U-shaped cross section, at least in parts of the Foundation, can easily drain the water out of the Foundation can be reached. The opening allows a line for draining the water essentially horizontally from the foundation lead out. At the same time, the entire vertical line is in the area of the foundation accessible.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention Collection device designed as a gutter that extends horizontally along the Eaves edge of the roof surface extends. By the invention The design of the canopy structure is even absolutely horizontal Alignment of the collection facility possible because its not drained The length along the eaves edge only extends from column to column. As a result of that the collection device can be drained in the area of the columns can, there is no inclination of this channel, unlike channels in the prior art Technology, required. This advantageously enables the use of always same components, as there are no height differences in the area of the gutter must be balanced. In addition, it has the special one design advantage that the usual horizontal optically acting Lines on a facade are not disturbed by an inclined gutter become. Also for canopy constructions where the roof area is one has a very long eaves edge, there are no height differences in the area of Gutter required, i.e. an absolutely horizontal course of the Collection device or gutter is made possible.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention, the roof surface the canopy structure is at least partially supported by the column. This has the advantage that an attachment of the canopy structure is not alone must take place on the facade or side wall of a building, but that the opposite end of the roof surface also rests securely. This can result in less stable supporting structures for the roof area be used, resulting in both cost savings as well minor restrictions in the architectural design. On the other hand, it is possible to design the canopy structure to provide a larger roof area as this is supported on both sides can be.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention, it is possible that the column carries the roof area over the collecting device, whereby advantageously a carrier used to carry the roof surface at the same time as Gutter can be formed. This can be an inexpensive Construction that is very stable and at the same time architecturally, a wide scope for design Canopy construction offers.
In an advantageous development of the invention, the side wall is the wall of a winter garden. For the design of the facade of a Conservatory makes the present invention a special one Cost-effective and architecturally favorable design options. By the roof area according to the invention can not only the area before Conservatory are simply roofed over, but also e.g. glassy Side wall of the winter garden from dirt and falling Water are protected.
Another advantage of the invention is that it enables the To design the winter garden as part of the building's thermal protection envelope, because the use of a column according to the invention is particularly simple Design of a canopy structure on a conservatory. Through the facade of the winter garden, which is part of the thermal protection cover of the Building, do not need any supporting parts for the canopy construction are passed through so that no thermal bridges arise or none special measures for thermal insulation must be provided.
The canopy construction according to the invention affects the Thermal protection cover, especially in a conservatory, the facade can only perform limited functions, practically not.
In a particularly advantageous further development of the invention, the roof area is located and the roof of the winter garden on the same level and the roof of the Conservatory is through the roof area over the wall of the conservatory extended beyond.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention, the roof surface is also connected to the roof of the conservatory. This has the advantage that the roof of the winter garden in the area of the side wall of the winter garden does not need to be carried by this. The roof of the winter garden and the roof surface can advantageously be configured in one piece. In An advantageous development of the invention is the roof of the winter garden carried by a stand which is inside the heat protection cover of the Building or conservatory is arranged.
In a favorable development of the invention, it is also possible to use the stand to be arranged outside the heat protection cover. It is cheap Side wall of the winter garden without an opening, especially for to form the elements supporting the roof surface. This makes it possible to form the heat protection cover without an opening.
In a favorable development of the invention, the roof area is in the area of Channel designed so that the roof surface does not protrude beyond the channel. This enables the water to be safely discharged into the channel. At the same time, this design offers the possibility of using the gutter To design the roof surface optically. Especially In an advantageous further development of the invention, the channel has receiving means for the attachment of additional assigned to the roof area Components, e.g. sun blinds used for conservatories or Cleaning devices. This allows the roof area and for example, the roof of a winter garden from such To completely relieve or keep additives free, so that a uniform roof area can be designed. Otherwise, by Correspondingly strong design of gutter, column and foundation too other means by the canopy construction according to the invention be recorded, e.g. Ladders or planks for walking on the Canopy construction, e.g. as an escape route or for maintenance and cleaning from e.g. Sun blinds or the roof area itself.

Figure 1 shows a
Extends between the
ortsübliche Kanalisation 410.The water absorbed by the
Figure 2 shows a section through a
Fig. 3) ausgebildeten
Wintergartens.The
In another embodiment of the invention, also not shown,
in which the
Fig. 3).
Kanalisation.
The
Just as with the
Figure 3 shows a section through a designed according to the

fundamentartige Bodenplatte 63 (vergl. Fig. 2) des Gebäudes einstückig
anschließen.Figure 4 shows a plan view of the
