Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Planheitsmessung von Bändern (1), insbesondere Metallbändern (1), im Zuge des Durchlaufens von beispielsweise Bandbehandlungsanlagen, Walzwerken oder dergleichen, wonachdas durchlaufende Band (1) mit einer vorgegebenen Bandzugkraft (FZ) beaufschlagt wird, und wonachmittels zumindest einer in einem Meßbereich (M) in vorgegebenem Abstand (A) von der Bandoberfläche angeordneten Meßvorrichtung (6) Bandunplanheiten detektiert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandzugkraft (FZ) vor dem und/oder in dem Meßbereich (M) gezielt verringert wird, um bandzugbedingte Fehler bei der Planheitsmessung ausschließen zu können. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durchlaufende Band (1) vor und/oder im Meßbereich (M) mit einer im Vergleich zur Bandzugkraft (FZ) im wesentlichen entgegengesetzt gerichteten Bremskraft (B) beaufschlagt wird, wobei die Bremskraft (B) betragsmäßig nahezu der Bandzugkraft (FZ) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durchlaufende Band (1) über zumindest eine vor, nach und/oder in dem Meßbereich (M) angeordnete Umlenkrolle (8) geführt wird, wobei die vorgenannte Umlenkrolle (8) als Zugmeßrolle (8) ausgebildet ist und zur Bestimmung der Bandzugkraft (FZ) im Meßbereich (M) dient.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandzugkraft (FZ) im Meßbereich (M) geregelt wird, wobei als Eingangsgröße die beispielsweise von der Zugmeßrolle (8) ermittelte Bandzugkraft (FZ) im Meßbereich (M) gemessen wird, und wobei als Stellgröße entsprechende Regelsignale an eine Bremskraftvorrichtung (7) übermittelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremskraftvorrichtung (7) das durchlaufende Band (1) mit der der Bandzugkraft (FZ) entgegengesetzt gerichteten Bremskraft (B) berührungslos beaufschlagt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßvorrichtung (6) Bandunplanheiten berührungslos erfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßvorrichtung (6) in Vertikalrichtung (V) im Vergleich zum durchlaufenden Band (1) und über dessen gesamte Bandbreite arbeitet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Meßvorrichtung (6) ermittelten Planheitswerte als Eingangsgrößen in eine Planheitsregelanlage (14) eingespeist werden, wobei hieran angeschlossene Stellglieder (13) zur Regelung der Planheit entsprechend beeinflußt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Planheitsmessung von mit einer vorgegebenen Bandzugkraft durchlaufenden Bändern (1), insbesondere Metallbändern (1), für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mitzumindest einer in einem Meßbereich (M) in vorgegebenem Abstand (A) von der Bandoberfläche angeordneten Meßvorrichtung (6) zur Detektion von Bandunplanheiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem und/oder im Meßbereich (M) eine Bremskraftvorrichtung (7) zur gezielten Verringerung der Bandzugkraft (FZ) und Aufbringung einer Bremskraft (B) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremskraftvorrichtung (7) als zumindest ein berührunglos arbeitender Linearmotor (7) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremskraftvorrichtung (7) als zumindest ein dem Meßbereich (M) vorgeschalteter S-Rollensatz (7a, 7b) ggf. mit Andrückrolle (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine dem Meßbereich (M) vorgeordnete, nachgeordnete und/oder im Meßbereich (M) angeordnete Zugmeßrolle (8) vorgesehen ist, welche Ist-Werte der Bandzugkraft (FZ) im Meßbereich (M) an eine angeschlossene Regelanlage (11) liefert, wobei die Regelanlage (11) zur Steuerung der Bremskraft (B) und Ermittlung der gewünschten Bandzugkraft (FZ) im Meßbereich (M) die Eremskraftvorrichtung (7) entsprechend beeinflußt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meßbereich (M) als vertikale Meßstrecke ausgebildet ist und die Länge der Meßstrecke ggf. der maximalen Bandbreite entspricht.
