- This additional bearing member has a boss and a disk, the disk preferably not having any fins, the bearing member having a bore of a similar size to that of the other bearing member 23.

Claims (8)
- Abgabevorrichtung für eine auf einem hohlen Kern (31, 61) aufgewickelte Rolle eines Materials, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Mittel (15, 42) zur Halterung und Lagerung der Rolle aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:die Vorrichtung zumindest ein Lagerelement (23, 53), das mit dem Kern der Rolle (31, 61) in Eingriff bringbar ist, so dass es mit dem Kern rotiert, und einen feststehenden Teil (21, 51), der an das Lagerelement (23, 53) oder eines der Lagerelemente angrenzend angeordnet ist, aufweist;die Rolle in einer ersten axialen Position der Rolle relativ zur Vorrichtung frei rotieren kann, um das auf der Rolle gespeicherte Material abzugeben; unddas Lagerelement (23, 53) und die Rolle in einer zweiten axialen Position der Rolle und des Lagerelements durch Eingriff zwischem dem feststehenden Teil (21, 51) und dem angrenzend daran angeordneten Lagerelement (23, 53) am Rotieren gehindert werden;wobei die Rolle und das Lagerelement (23, 53) durch eine axiale Bewegung relativ zur Rotationsachse der Rolle zwischen der ersten und der zweiten axialen Position bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, worin ein Lagerelement (23, 53) einen axial vorstehenden Abschnitt (25, 25', 55) zum Einführen in den Rollenkern (31, 61) aufweist, um einen Reibungseingriff mit diesem bereitzustellen, und auch einen umgebenden radialen Flansch (24, 24', 54) aufweist, um am Ende des Kerns (31, 61) freiliegend zu bleiben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, worin der axial vorstehende Abschnitt (25, 25', 55) eine Vielzahl axialer Zapfen (28') umfasst, die gegen eine Rückstellelastizität radial nach innen verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, worin der axial vorstehende Abschnitt (25, 25', 55) eine Nabe ist, die so dimensioniert ist, dass sie mit dem Inneren des Rollenkerns (31, 61) in Reibungseingriff tritt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, worin das zumindest eine Lagerelement (23, 53) und der feststehende Abschnitt (21, 51) beide Vorsprünge (26, 20, 26', 50) aufweisen, die sich axial erstrecken, um die Rotation des Lagerelements (23, 53) in der zweiten Position, wenn sie sich gegenseitig annähern, störend zu beeinflussen und dadurch zu blockieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, worin eine Vielzahl an Vorsprüngen (26, 20, 26', 50) auf dem Lagerelement (23, 53) radial um die Achse des Lagerelements (23, 53) verteilt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, worin das Lagerelement röhrenförmig und so angeordnet ist, dass es sich durch den Kern der Rolle erstreckt, wobei das röhrenförmige Lagerelement einen feststehenden Teil umgibt und radial nach innen vorstehende Elemente aufweist, um in der zweiten axialen Position mit radial nach außen vorstehenden Elementen auf dem feststehenden Element störend in Eingriff zu treten.
- Set von Teilen zur Anpassung an eine bestehende Abgabevorrichtung für eine auf einem hohlen Kern (31, 61) aufgewickelte Rolle eines Materials mit Mitteln zur Halterung und Lagerung der Rolle, um diese in eine in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 definierte Abgabevorrichtung umzuwandeln, worin es sich bei den Teilen um zumindest ein Lagerelement (23, 53) mit einem axial vorstehenden Abschnitt (25, 25', 55) zum Einführen in den Rollenkern (31, 61) zur Bereitstellung eines Reibungseingriffs mit diesem und mit einem umgebenden radialen Flansch (24, 24', 54), um am Ende des Kerns (31, 61) freiliegend zu bleiben, und einen Teil (21, 51) handelt, der an den Flansch (24, 24', 54) angrenzend zu fixieren ist, um die Rotation des Lagerelements (23, 53) zu verhindern, wenn er mit diesem in Kontakt steht.
