Description

The invention relates to a device for dewatering and washing Fibrous suspensions with two counter-rotating rollers, one Stock feed and a stock take, the headbox on both Separate rollers and to discharge the filter mat below the gap a discharge screw (6) is arranged between the two rollers.

Systems of this type are known, and this involves a lateral feed and have a downward formation zone, in which forms a fibrous mat. This may be followed a displacement wash zone followed by a press nip. The material discharge here takes place over the two rollers in a repulper screw. Such devices have a number of disadvantages, in particular the fabric removal is complicated and prone to failure because the trough the repulper screw must be sealed against the rollers. Furthermore is only about half of the circumference for drainage and washing used. In addition, such devices have a tendency to become blocked on because gravity will detach the fibrous mat from the rollers tries. Operation without wash water is therefore not possible. Furthermore, devices are known from WO 96/06221 A and WO 96/18495 known for dewatering fibrous suspensions with the reverse Direction of rotation of the rollers in relation to the above-mentioned devices work. Use of these devices for laundry is, however not possible. WO 96/06221 A also shows a two-roll press with an approximately arranged in the range of the horizontal diameter Stock feed. This does not allow the maximum range of girth be used.

Furthermore, FR 2 006 772 A shows a drainage of a fiber suspension on a roller, two superimposed in Fig. 3 Rollers are shown. Here two identical devices are stacked. Due to the different geodetic height and the joint roll acceptance on the lower roll is strong different conditions of the two fiber mats before Compress in gap 59. The fiber mat has here on top and bottom very different properties especially in terms of on drainage and degree of washing. In addition, with this arrangement an additional take-off roller is required. Furthermore, the Headbox not in the lower area of the rollers, but essentially between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m.

The aim of the invention is therefore to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and a device for dewatering and washing fibrous materials create that ensures a high drainage performance with laundry and advantageously a slight rewetting of the fiber mat having.

This is done according to the invention in that the headbox in the lower Area of the rollers is provided, the axes of the rollers in one horizontal plane, the rollers channels for filtrate removal and Channels have inlets arranged counter to the direction of rotation can be much easier and more reliable the fibrous web) and the use of a large part of the scope of the two rollers and thus a high efficiency of the device can be achieved. Through the channels for the filtrate discharge, which are in the rollers are arranged, large amounts of filtrate and wash water dissipate easily. It can therefore also be a particularly cheap one Displacement washing can be realized. Furthermore, the against the Inlets arranged in the direction of rotation are largely one Prewetting of the fibrous mat prevented. This allows the Efficiency of the device can be increased even further.

A favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that a baffle connects to the headbox, the distance to Roll surface decreases continuously. This baffle allows generate a continuously increasing pressure on the fiber suspension and thus carry out a particularly favorable drainage.

An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that a washing zone is arranged in the upper region of the two rollers is. This can result in both good drainage and then one good washing can be achieved.

A favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that the washing zones are separated on both sides by a divider are, or alternatively the wash water task as a common wash pond can be carried out jointly for both sides. Through this Executions can be an optimal adjustment of the range of Washing and optimal use of the surface of the rollers for Achieve drainage and washing.

A favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that the channels also have openings that are aligned with the in the direction of rotation previous channel. Through this special design is an even better filtrate and wash water removal possible, which further reduces rewetting can be.

A favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the roller surface is designed as a perforated plate with large holes is, the holes of the perforated plate having a diameter in the range of Can have 10 to 25 mm. With this construction, the Costs are reduced because fewer holes are required and also the production can be carried out easily and cheaply.

Furthermore, the risk of incrustation is significantly lower and one The holes can even be cleaned during operation.

A favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that the rollers are individually covered with sieves. Through these sieves a particularly favorable drainage can be achieved. in particular the combination of these screens, supported by the perforated plates compared to the previous versions with small ones Steel jacket of a roller surface drilled holes (1 to 1.5 mm diameter) special advantages, in particular a reduction the risk of incrustation and cheaper cleaning options represents. Furthermore, it is easy to change the sieves, whereby the rollers can be designed to be cantilevered.

A favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that both rollers can be pressed against each other. To regulate the Pressing pressure and thereby increasing the final dry content of the fibrous mat can the rollers e.g. with hydraulic cylinders or others suitable units are pressed together. the rollers can be with hydraulic cylinders or others suitable units are pressed together.

An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the tops can be folded down. This enables easy expansion the rollers without major disassembly work.

The invention will now be illustrated by way of example with reference to the drawings described, wherein Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of the 2 according to the invention, FIG. 2 a detailed illustration, FIG. 3 a section X from Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 is a view in the direction IV in Fig. 2 represents.

Im unteren Bereich der Walzen 2,3 sind zur weiteren Reinigung der Oberflächen Spritzdüsen 15,16 angeordnet.1 shows a fiber scrubber 1 according to the invention Dewatering rollers 2, 3, the assigned feed 4.5 and their pulping screw 6. The pulp suspension is through fabric feed lines 4.5 evenly over the length of the rollers 2,3 fed at the lowest position. The supply can be between the 5 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions. This can be a much larger part of the circumference of the rollers 2, 3 can be used. The suspension is further in the guide plates 7,8 with the surfaces of the rollers 2, 3 formed areas 7 ', 8', the Distance of the guide plates 7.8 to the surface of the rollers 2.3 continuously decreases. This will result in a steady increase in pressure and a favorable drainage guaranteed with simultaneous formation of a fiber mat. The washing liquid is fed to the washing zones 9 ", 10" via lines 9, 10 supplied, which are limited by sheets 9 ', 10'. The distance of the Sheets 9 ', 10' can face the surface of the rollers 2, 3 in the direction of rotation DR1, Decrease DR2 continuously, so that here too an increasingly higher one Pressure for displacement washing is realized. In the lower part of the Rollers 2, 3 are then provided for scrapers 11, 12 through which the Fibrous mat and in particular those on the surfaces of the rollers 2, 3 residues still adhering can be removed and into the discharge screw 6 fall into it. For better accessibility during maintenance work, especially when replacing the rollers, are hinged top parts 13.14 provided. In the lower part of the Rollers 2, 3 are spray nozzles for further cleaning of the surfaces 15,16 arranged.

Fig. 2 shows an analogous representation to Fig. 1, with the same parts same reference numerals. Supplementary here are in particular the hydraulic cylinders 17, 18 for mutual contact pressure Rollers 2,3 recognizable. Furthermore, the cylinders 19, 20 are for lifting off the Upper parts 13, 14 and the setting cylinders 21, 22 for the take-off scraper 11.12 recognizable. Bars are also shown in the upper area 23.24 for the operating personnel.

Waschwasser aus vorhergehenden Kanälen 25 genutzt und somit die Neigung zur Rückbefeuchtung weiter verringert werden.FIG. 3 now shows a section X from FIG. 2, in which the drainage and washing function is shown in more detail. The liquid is then discharged axially from these channels 25. in the the lower left part shows the variant with additional openings 28, through the filtrate in the previous direction of rotation DR1, DR2 Channels can flow. As the filtrate is already in these channels was partially discharged, the volume of the channels 25 for the Absorption of filtrate or wash water from previous channels 25 used and thus further reduced the tendency to rewet become.

Fig. 4 zeigt nun die Ansicht gemäß Pfeil IV in Fig. 2. Das Filtrat wird dabei in einer Wanne unterhalb der Walzen gesammelt.FIG. 4 now shows the view according to arrow IV in FIG. 2. From this it can be seen that that for better distribution of the suspension supply over the length the rollers 2, 3 and a plurality of stock feed lines 4, 4 'and corresponding can be provided on the back 5.5 '(not shown). Likewise The bearings 29, 30 are recognizable for the shaft ends 31, 32 of the Roller 2 and the gear 34. The filtrate is in a tub collected below the rollers.

The invention is not limited to the variants shown, but rather the washing zone can also be designed as a washing pond. The Wash water is fed here centrally, which divides up both fiber mats are done automatically. Furthermore, the roller jackets also consist of drilled perforated sheets and without screen covering operate.
