Because the reflectors are rigid are executed, there is no need for any complex mechanics for sun tracking is required. Only the slats of the slatted blind are designed to be movable, so this is the only point where mechanical effort is involved. According to the invention, the slats can be pivoted and optionally additionally lifted and lowerable.
- the reflectors of almost all light directing devices produce at not too low Part of the emitted light (i.e. a beam of light) in one Direction that is steeper than the horizontal, i.e. this light is on the ceiling headed. It is particularly valuable for room lighting because it is from the ceiling is reflected diffusely.
- the light directing device above the Slatted blind arranged.

- the drive device be a manually operated knob that is outside the scope of the Spacer is arranged and its rotational movement with interposition of helical gearboxes and optionally an airtight operation on the Coupling element is transferable.
- Systems control the light with rigid reflectors, which is the most striking Light when the sun is high (i.e. during the summer months and during Midday in the winter months) due to the rising light club relatively steep Steer ceiling of a room in a building.
- the light comes from the ceiling reflects, which leads to a brightening of the room depth, which reaches without glare becomes.
- the area occupied by the slatted blind can be turned (and optionally also lowering or raising) the slats additionally one Shading and thus sun protection can be achieved.
- the slats of the Slatted blind swiveled in a controlled manner and optionally additionally can be raised and lowered so that shading in the desired Extent sets and a too high room temperature is avoided.
- the energy saving achieved and the amount at Environmental protection is huge because air conditioning systems are now so widespread and used that - especially in office buildings - electricity consumption for air conditioning far exceeds that for lighting and heating.
- the light control device Sunlight directed into the room is somewhat flatter, but can also can be used to illuminate the room.
- the slatted blind is used in these Conditions preferably set so that shading is reduced (by Place the slats in a horizontal direction or additionally by lifting the Slats and raising of the slat package). Artificial light is then switched on if the lighting achieved by the light control device is not is more sufficient. This can also be done automatically using the above intelligent controls.
- the shading and light control system according to the invention performs also an important contribution to compliance with legal regulations, that exist in relation to the illumination of workplaces.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shading and light control system according to the Preamble of claim 1.
Für die Beleuchtung besteht ein zentrales Anliegen solcher Systeme darin, das natürliche Sonnenlicht einerseits abzuweisen (Sonnenschutz) und andererseits in das Gebäudeinnere umzulenken und dort für die Beleuchtung zu nutzen (Lichtlenkung).Glazing systems are increasingly being used in construction and facade technology, which perform demanding tasks beyond the pure glazing function Take over the lighting (and partly also the air conditioning) of a building. For lighting, a central concern of such systems is that To reject natural sunlight on the one hand (sun protection) and on the other hand in to redirect the interior of the building and use it there for lighting (light control).
To accomplish this double task, very complex systems have been developed. For example, prism plates were used for sun protection, which has a smooth outer surface and an underlying sawtooth Have surface. The direct sunlight falls at an angle that it can penetrate the smooth surface. Underneath it hits a lot shallow angle on a surface of the sawtooth that it cannot overcome because it suffers total reflection from her. This way at least the majority of the directly incident light is rejected and does not get into the building. To ensure the reflection of direct sunlight at any time of the day, flexible installation with sun tracking should be provided. With fixed Installation can cause unwanted light passage by mirroring the Bottom can be avoided. The diffuse light coming in from all directions is able to overcome the prismatic plates and is led into the building and occurs essentially in the horizontal direction. It can be either other light-directing elements are directed towards the ceiling redirect the room.
Systems with holographic ones were also used for sun protection Elements. Such elements bend it at a certain angle to the perpendicular direct sunlight so strong that it is on the back of a glass surface is totally reflected and exits to the outside. Because of the angle selectivity of holographic elements they work satisfactorily only when they track the sun. Diffuse sunlight is also allowed through.
The systems mentioned above fulfill the function of sun protection, are technically complex and therefore expensive. This is especially true because they are only fully effective in changing sun positions, if they track the sun.
To fulfill the light control function, light control glasses have become known with which are exposed to direct sunlight through built-in reflectors on the ceiling Redirect space and thus can be used for lighting. The reflectors are located between two panes of glass and are therefore protected from contamination protected. The light is deflected via total reflection.
Lightshelfs have also become known for controlling light. It is understood as highly reflective curved surfaces arranged horizontally in front of the glazing, due to the direct sunlight entering at different angles Direction of a room on the ceiling is redirected.
The aforementioned light directing systems do indeed allow the direct to be deflected incoming sunlight, but no sun protection.
It is the object of the invention to provide a glazing system with that with simple glazing means and without complex Mechanics such as Sun tracking both a protection from the direct incident sunlight as well as directing light into the interior of a room Lighting purposes is possible.
This task is solved with a shading and light control system according to Claim 1. Advantageous further developments of the system according to the invention are in described the subclaims.
A shading and light control system according to the invention has two Slices on between which both a conventional slatted blind and a light control system with rigid reflectors are arranged. The slatted blind has pivotable about its longitudinal axis and optionally also lifting and lowerable slats and allows optional shading of the inside of a Space. The slatted blind is combined with one between the Discs arranged light-guiding device, the one running between the panes has rigid reflectors that allow sunlight to pass through Total reflection can be conducted into the interior of a room and used as diffuse light Room lighting is usable.
The invention is based on the idea that by combining two technically less complex systems - namely a conventional slatted blind and a light control device with rigid reflectors - get a system which meets the practical needs in relation to shading and light control in most cases. This configuration takes into account the experience that in the In practice, practically every user of a Venetian blind wants pivoting slats, However, their lifting and lowering ability is only possible in about 70 to 80% of the applications is required. With a blind there is a state of maximum shading, when their slat package is extended downwards and the individual slats are turned against the sun. By gradually turning the slats, the Shading can optionally be reduced until the slats are horizontal. Starting from this state, raising the slats results in only one slight further decrease in shading, which usually does not matter in practice plays. Raising the slats usually only has the aesthetic benefit that the horizontal slats disappear from the field of vision.
The reflectors of almost all light directing devices produce at not too low Part of the emitted light (i.e. a beam of light) in one Direction that is steeper than the horizontal, i.e. this light is on the ceiling headed. It is particularly valuable for room lighting because it is from the ceiling is reflected diffusely. To use this light beam effectively, one is preferred embodiment of the invention, the light directing device above the Slatted blind arranged. The light control device has the function of a Skylights and creates the directed light in a place where it is special is desired, namely near the ceiling.
In addition to this rising lobe of light, there is generally a lobe of light, which is flatter than the horizontal and runs towards the ground (descending Beam of light). Some reflectors produce when the sun is low only this light lobe, other reflectors generate both light lobes, i.e. they share the light. The falling beam of light can lead to glare in the room. To do this to prevent, the height of the light directing device is preferably not measured too big because then the falling club over the heads of those in the room working people is led away. In a preferred embodiment The invention is therefore not the light control device installed as a skylight greater than 40 cm, with a range of 30 to 40 cm being preferred.
All can be for the shading and light control system according to the invention Use steering devices designed according to the invention, between two Panes can be installed, the essential functional properties such systems have already been described above. Especially a light-guiding system in the form of a disk is preferred at the moment Acrylic glass, in which (produced for example by extrusion technology) horizontally running reflectors are incorporated. The horizontal reflectors have that Shape of flat, band-shaped and substantially perpendicular to the plane of the Disc-arranged cavities, the height of which is approximately 0.8 mm. You run at regular intervals parallel to each other and parallel to the top or lower edge of the acrylic glass pane from left to right across the entire width the acrylic pane, the distance being chosen so that taking into account the slice thickness is a ray pattern of the direct sunlight entering results, which leads to total reflection. With an ideal vertical arrangement relative to Acrylic glass is the plane of the band-shaped cavities in the vertical to the acrylic glass pane (i.e. with vertical installation at the same time in the horizontal). In addition, an embodiment is also known in which the cavities face forward or behind (i.e. viewed in cross-section clockwise or counter-clockwise clockwise) are inclined so that they make an angle of about perpendicular to the vertical Take 5 to 15 °.
15 mm.Such a light control system is marketed under the product name "Plexiglas® Daylight "from Röhm GmbH, Darmstadt. The company Innovative Glassysteme GmbH & Co. KG, Friedrichshafen, sells the material under the Product name "Inglas-Y®" in a form in which the acrylic glass pane is placed between two float glass panes. With a thickness of the acrylic glass pane Inglas-Y® has a thickness of 8 mm depending on the thickness of the float glass (2 or 3.5 mm) Material thicknesses of 12 or 15 mm.
Neben Acrylglas kann auch Polycarbonatglas eingesetzt werden. In addition to acrylic glass, polycarbonate glass can also be used.
A suitable slatted blind, e.g. the German patent DE 39 04 763 C2. This slatted blind (hereinafter referred to as the inventor "Torresan blind") is detailed later in this application described.
In the Torresan blind used here, the slatted blind is of four Surround spacers that are glued to the panes and one optional hermetically sealed frame made of two horizontal cross members and two vertical ones Form posts. It has a beam with the upper crossbar is screwed and with means for pivoting and optionally also lifting and Lowering of the slats is provided. These means include a winding / turning shaft, which is detachably coupled to a drive device provided in the carrier. One The vertical post has a height that is about the height of the beam is less than the height of the other post. The wearer wears his Post with a lower height corresponding to a bearing support for one Coupling element with the drive device, which is complementary to the bearing shaped and releasably inserted into this and the less Height of the post essentially fills free space.
In the context of this description and also in the protective claims, the term “gas-tight” is intended to refer both to normal atmospheric air and to protective gases which are used in glazing technology for heat and / or sound insulation. Such protective gases are noble gases such as argon (Ar), krypton (Kr) and xenon (Xe) as well as sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ). This also applies in connection with the gas-tight gearboxes mentioned below.
For the purposes of the present invention, the Torresan Venetian blind is a means equipped with which the slats are pivoted, but only can also be optionally raised and lowered. As a drive can Electric motor or a manually operated device can be used. A An embodiment of such a device is one with a manually operated cable pull rotatable drive wheel, which outside of the four spacers formed frame arranged at the height of the shorter post and - optionally with the interposition of an airtight transmission - with a shaft with the Coupling element is connected. In addition, the drive device can also be a be manually operated crank device, which in a corresponding manner outside the Frame is arranged and their rotational movement - optionally with the interposition a universal joint and / or an airtight gearbox the coupling element is transferable.
In one embodiment of the shading and light directing system according to the invention, in which the slats are only pivotable, the drive device be a manually operated knob that is outside the scope of the Spacer is arranged and its rotational movement with interposition of helical gearboxes and optionally an airtight operation on the Coupling element is transferable.
Below are the possible uses and advantages of the invention Shading and light control system further described.
In the area occupied by the light directing device of the invention Systems control the light with rigid reflectors, which is the most striking Light when the sun is high (i.e. during the summer months and during Midday in the winter months) due to the rising light club relatively steep Steer ceiling of a room in a building. The light comes from the ceiling reflects, which leads to a brightening of the room depth, which reaches without glare becomes. The area occupied by the slatted blind can be turned (and optionally also lowering or raising) the slats additionally one Shading and thus sun protection can be achieved. Through the use of So-called "intelligent controls" (for example European EIB-BUS or American LON-BUS) and interposed sensors, which are used in the Measuring the prevailing temperature and / or brightness, the slats of the Slatted blind swiveled in a controlled manner and optionally additionally can be raised and lowered so that shading in the desired Extent sets and a too high room temperature is avoided. This results in a reduction in cooling loads because air conditioning systems are switched on relatively late Need to become. The energy saving achieved and the amount at Environmental protection is huge because air conditioning systems are now so widespread and used that - especially in office buildings - electricity consumption for air conditioning far exceeds that for lighting and heating.
At low sun positions (i.e. in the winter months and during the Summer months in the morning and evening time) this runs through the light control device Sunlight directed into the room is somewhat flatter, but can also can be used to illuminate the room. The slatted blind is used in these Conditions preferably set so that shading is reduced (by Place the slats in a horizontal direction or additionally by lifting the Slats and raising of the slat package). Artificial light is then switched on if the lighting achieved by the light control device is not is more sufficient. This can also be done automatically using the above intelligent controls.
Against this background, the shading and light control system according to the invention performs also an important contribution to compliance with legal regulations, that exist in relation to the illumination of workplaces. To be mentioned in In this context, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the VDU Ordinance, the workplace regulation and DIN 5035.
Lightshelfs.Another advantage of the invention is the arrangement of both the light control device as well as the slatted blind between two panes. This protects both from contamination, thus ensuring trouble-free and maintenance-free Operation and therefore represents a significant advantage over facilities glazing systems, e.g. Lightshelfs.
Finally, the contribution to reducing costs must also be mentioned arises that the shading and light control system according to the invention are ready-to-install unit. Such a unit is unique - by design - less expensive because they use standardized Building elements in large numbers. Because the light control device and the louvre blinds are assembled together, there is also an assembly step saved, and there is a reduction in installation costs.

Jalousie variieren.The
Welle 17 kuppelbar.The
verbunden. The slatted blind 12 is by gluing the
In this way, the slatted blind 12 allows the setting of an effective one
and selectable sun protection by quickly and easily removing the
The slatted blind 12 can be extremely easy to maintain because it can be exchanged
