Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen des weiteren einen (auch aus Fig. 3, in Separatdarstellung, ersichtlichen) elektrischen Positionsschalter 17, der mittels eines aus einem abgewinkelten Blech bestehenden Montagehalters 18 am Kleberauftragskopf 11 befestigt ist (siehe insbesondere Fig. 2). Der elektrische Positionsschalter 17 besitzt einen Schaltkopf 19, der an seinem freien Ende eine sogenannte Schaltfahne 20 trägt. Wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 hervorgeht, ist der Positionsschalter 17 so am Kleberauftragkopf 11 befestigt, daß die Schaltfahne 20 benachbart und im wesentlichen parallel zur Kleberdüse 12 zu liegen kommt. Des weiteren ist der Positionsschalter 17 so angeordnet, daß die Schaltfahne 20 in Bewegungsrichtung der Kleberdüse 12 dieser stets vorauseilt.
Claims (8)
- Verklebevorrichtung, insbesondere zur Cockpitverklebung in Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einem eine Kleberdüse tragenden, elektromotorisch bewegbaren Kleberauftragkopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Kleberauftragkopf (11) ein zum Abschalten des Kleberauftragkopfes dienender elektrischer Positionsschalter (17) mit Schaltfahne (20, 21) angeordnet ist, derart, daß die Schaltfahne oder ein mit dieser verbundenes Tastelement (21) der Kleberdüse (12) in Bewegungsrichtung derselben vorauseilt.
- Verklebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine derartige Befestigung des Positionsschalters (17) am Kleberauftragkopf (11), daß die Schaltfahne (20, 21) benachbart und im wesentlichen parallel zur Kleberdüse (12) angeordnet ist.
- Verklebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionsschalter (17) so am Kleberauftragkopf (11) angeordnet ist, daß das freie Ende der Schaltfahne (20, 21) etwa auf Höhe des freien Endes der Kleberdüse (12) zu liegen kommt, jedoch nicht über das Ende der Kleberdüse hinausragt.
- Verklebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, mit an einem Traggestell (10) auf- und abbewegbarem und um eine Horizontalachse (14) sowie um eine Vertikalachse (16) verschwenkbarem Kleberauftragkopf (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionsschalter (17) mittels eines Montagehalters (18) örtlich gemeinsam mit der Kleberdüse (12) an dem Kleberauftragskopf (11), angrenzend an die horizontale Schwenkachse (14) desselben, angeordnet ist.
- Verklebevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Positionsschalter ein handelsüblicher Positionsschalter (17) mit Schaltfahne (20) dient und daß an der Schaltfahne (20) - als Tastelement - eine Schaltfahnenverlängerung (21) befestigt ist.
- Verklebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltfahnenverlängerung (21) drahtförmig ausgebildet ist, auf einem Teil ihrer Länge die innen hohle Schaltfahne (20) durchsetzt und dort - vorzugsweise durch Verlöten (bei 22, 23) - mit dieser verbunden ist.
- Verklebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltfahnenverlängerung (21) bzw. deren über das Ende der Schaltfahne (20) hinausragendes Teilstück eine Länge (a) von ca. 65 mm aufweist.
- Verklebevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektrische Positionsschalter (17) durch ein Spiralkabel an die Stromversorgung der Verklebevorrichtung angeschlossen ist.
