Die Laufwerke, welche eine Schiebetür tragen und in einer über der Schiebetür angeordneten Laufschiene geführt sind, sind meist an der Oberkante der Schiebetür festgeschraubt und, falls letztere oben mit einem Profil abgeschlossen ist, werden die Laufwerke stirnseitig ins Profil eingeschoben und danach durch Arretiermittel festgehalten. - A runner arrangement for a sliding door (1), comprising a runner (19) and a profile element (5) for fastening the runner (19) on the upper edge of the sliding door (1), said profile element (5) comprising a cavity (10) for receiving a guide part (21) of the runner (19), wherein the runner rollers (25) of the runner (19) are designed and suitable for engagement into a guide rail (33) lying thereabove, on a cupboard or a ceiling, and for guiding the sliding door (1) suspended on the runner rollers (25), characterised in that the profile element (5) is provided as a frame profile of the sliding door (1) and comprises a guide groove (9) with the cavity (10) lying thereunder, said profile element comprising a recess (15, 15') which partially exposes the cavity (10) and the guide groove (9) and which permits the introduction of the guide part (21) of the runner (19) horizontally from the rear or from above into the guide groove (9), and that an elastically pivotable locking part (27) is attached on the guide part (21) of the runner (19), said locking part (27) retaining the runner (1) in the recess (15, 15') after a displacement of the guide part (21) in the guide groove (9).

- A runner arrangement according to claim 4, characterised in that the locking means (27) may be locked into the recess (15) after the displacement in the cavity (10) out of this.
- A runner arrangement according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the fastening and locking of the runner (19) in the guide groove (9) of the frame profile element (5) is effected without tools and without additional fastening means.
