Devices for protecting the human body are, for example, as protectors for Motorcyclists known that the force on the body in accidents with a Mitigate the motorcycle rider's impact. For Reduction of vibrations are known gloves, which for example according to US 5 632 045 A contain at least two layers of a damping material, one of which Layer of viscoelastic material and a layer of foam. The field of the present invention relates both to the vibration protection of Objects as well as protecting at least parts of human or animal Body. The cause of the vibrations is arbitrary, mostly it is moving Systems that cause unwanted vibrations as a by-product. One is strives to minimize these vibrations by appropriate constructions of the moving systems to maintain or shift the frequency of vibrations to areas where they are less Bring disadvantages. However, the vibrations cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore attempts are made to transmit the vibrations to others using various means To prevent objects or to humans or only to a reduced extent allow.
Especially when operating vibrating tools, e.g. Grinding machines or the like, there is often temporary or chronic damage to people, which operate these machines. These injuries are known as hand arm vibration syndrome. The consequences of such damage are frequent sick leave and reduced performance and claims for damages that represent a major economic loss.
However, the area is not limited to vibrating machines. For example the devices can also serve to protect against vibrations in vehicles or the like.
The vibrations can be divided in terms of their frequency into those, which in the medium frequency range of about 31.5 to 200 Hz occur and those in the high Frequency range above 200 Hz occur. Protective devices currently available, e.g. Anti-vibration gloves are designed so that the vibrations in the middle Frequency range are not amplified and those in the high frequency range to one certain percentage can be reduced. There are a number of anti-vibration gloves known which a by means of different materials in different material thicknesses Dampen the vibration. For example, molded parts made of polyurethane, Elastomers, silicone gel or polyolefin inserted in the glove. To be sufficient To achieve vibration damping, these molded parts are usually very thick, which means that Mobility is extremely restricted. This is not the case when used as a glove tolerable. However, the molded parts are made so thin that an essential There is no restriction on freedom of movement, vibration damping is not sufficient. There are also known cases where the facility is used to protect against Vibrations even increase them in certain frequency ranges.
The aim of the present invention is therefore to provide a device for protection against vibrations create with which a clear even in the low frequency range of vibrations Damping of the vibrations can be achieved. In addition, the facility for Protection against vibration should be designed so that the greatest possible freedom of movement is given to the human body, but also directly to the application Machines or the like. No mechanical blocking takes place.
The object of the invention is achieved in that at least one vibration damping layer at least on the object to be protected or Body part rejected surface incisions for decoupling movements in has at least one direction in the plane of said surface. Through the Use of a vibration-damping layer with the incisions according to the invention it is achieved that vibrations even in the low frequency range, i.e. from about 31.5 to 200Hz are sufficiently attenuated and, moreover, as far as possible Freedom of movement is given. The surface of the surface interrupted by the incisions vibration damping layer is in direct or indirect contact with the Vibration source, so that the vibrations can be effectively dampened. In the Application of the device for protection against vibration as vibration-dampening gloves can thus avoid vibration-related injuries and the work is carried out at longer intervals without frequent breaks, without putting the worker at risk. The incisions are advantageous according to the geometry and desired mobility of the person to be protected Arranged object or body part.
According to a further feature of the invention, the depth of the incisions is at least 60%, preferably at least 80% and particularly preferably at least 95% of the thickness of the vibration damping layer. This will result in better decoupling of the movements the surface of the vibration damping layer and thus better vibration damping as well as greater freedom of movement.
The width of the incisions is at least so large that at maximum possible Deformation of the vibration-damping layer lying between the incisions Formations of the layer are at least partially decoupled from one another. This will achieves an optimal vibration-damping effect even when the layer is deformed.
If the width of the incisions towards the surface of the vibration damping Layer increases, a decoupling of the formations even when the Layer can be reached.
According to a further feature of the invention, there is at least one vibration-damping device Layer of a three-dimensional elastomer matrix, preferably based on Polynorbones, with embedded vibration-damping plasticizers. In contrast to gel-like material groups, which have a limited resetting behavior, is characterized by a cross-linked elastomer matrix achieves better dimensional stability. Through the application With such a cross-linked structure, it is also possible to achieve optimal vibration damping to achieve in the lower frequency ranges. This is achieved in that the vibration damping medium, in this case the vibration damping plasticizer, in the three-dimensional, cross-linked elastomer matrix.
Gute Ergebnisse werden erzielt, wenn zumindest eine vibrationsdämpfende Schicht eine Härte von höchstens 18 Shore A, vorzugsweise 5 Shore A und eine Rückprallelastizität von maximal 10 %, vorzugsweise 3 % aufweist.Good results are achieved if at least one vibration-damping layer is hard of at most 18 Shore A, preferably 5 Shore A and a rebound resilience of has a maximum of 10%, preferably 3%.
According to a further feature of the invention, the surface is vibration damping layer 20% to 80%, preferably 30% of the base of the vibration damping layer. The smaller the surface of the vibration damping layer the better the mobility of the protective device. In contrast, the Surface have a certain minimum size, so that the functionality and the Transfer of a holding force via the protective device, especially when used as a glove, is preserved. This is supported by the fact that when choosing a small one Surface of the vibration damping layer is a harder material and if you choose one larger surface a softer material is used. Has proven to be particularly suitable with an area percentage of the surface facing the vibrating object of 20% the base of the vibration damping layer the use of a material with a Hardness of 18 Shore A, with a surface area of 30% a material with a hardness of 5 Shore A and finally, with a surface area of 80%, a material with a hardness of 3 Shore A was identified.

Vibrationsenergie in Wärme stattfindet.
insbesondere bei der Anwendung in einem Handschuh gegeben bleibt.1 shows an embodiment of a vibration-damping layer 1 according to the invention
for use in a vibration-damping glove in top view. The
Vibration damping layer 1 has essentially the shape of a human hand and
according to the invention has
Preferred dimensions are explained in more detail in FIG. 3, which shows detail A from FIG. 2 on an enlarged scale. The depth T of the
eine gegenseitige Entkoppelung der Ausformungen 3 stattfindet.4 shows a borderline case in which a maximum deformation of layer 1 is shown. When used in a glove, this maximum deformation is caused, for example, by the maximum possible curvature of the fingers. The shape of the
Of course, various changes can be made within the scope of the invention
