Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour redresser des manchons en carton pliés à plat, le dispositif comprenant :
    un mécanisme de levier (10) soutenant des moyens de retrait (20) et oscillant entre une position de retrait, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de retrait retirent un manchon en carton plié à plat (2) d'un magasin (3) et une position de libération, dans laquelle le même manchon redressé est libéré dans une ligne de transport (4) ;
    un mécanisme de pliage oscillant (30), qui est articulé sur ledit mécanisme de levier (10) de manière à agir sur ledit manchon (2) pour le redresser, lorsque ledit manchon est maintenu par lesdits moyens de retrait (20) en étant transféré de ladite position de retrait à ladite position de libération ;
    le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme de levier (10) comprend un premier bras (11) et un second bras (12), chacun pivotant à une extrémité sur un cadre stationnaire par l'intermédiaire d'une broche commune (13) et soutenant, à leurs extrémités libres, respectivement, une première et une seconde tige de connexion (14, 15), lesdites première et seconde tiges de connexion étant articulées l'une par rapport à l'autre par une broche supplémentaire (18), ladite première tige de connexion (14) portant lesdits moyens de retrait (20), et en ce que ledit mécanisme de pliage (30) comprend un troisième bras (31) articulé à une extrémité sur un cadre stationnaire et portant, articulée à l'autre extrémité, une troisième tige de connexion (34), qui est articulée par rapport à l'extrémité opposée du même mécanisme de levier (10) près de la région desdits moyens de retrait, ladite troisième tige de connexion (34) ayant un élément de pliage (36) raccordé à celle-ci.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier bras (11), deuxième bras (12) et ledit premier mécanisme de pliage oscillant (30) oscillent dans des plans verticaux parallèles.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier bras (11) et deuxième bras (12) sont entraínés en oscillation dans lesdits plans verticaux parallèles par des moyens entraínement respectifs indépendants.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première tige de connexion (14) porte, intégré à celle-ci, un élément de préhension de forme sensiblement carrée (19) s'étendant dans le plan vertical dans lequel la première tige de connexion oscille, et portant, à son extrémité libre, lesdits moyens de retrait (20).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de pliage (36) fait un angle adapté par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de ladite troisième tige de connexion (34) et est connecté à cette dernière dans la région d'une autre broche (35), par laquelle ladite troisième tige de connexion (34) est articulée sur ledit mécanisme de levier (10), de telle manière que ledit élément de pliage (36) agisse sur la paroi du manchon en carton plié à plat (2) adjacente à la paroi maintenue par lesdits moyens de retrait (20), de manière à redresser le manchon.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme de levier (10) comprend un premier bras (11) et un deuxième bras (12), chacun pivotant à une extrémité sur une broche commune (13), de manière à osciller dans des plans parallèles, et soutenant, à leurs extrémités libres, respectivement, une première et une seconde tige de connexion (14, 15), lesdites première et seconde tiges de connexion étant articulées l'une par rapport à l'autre par une broche supplémentaire (18), ladite première tige de connexion (14) portant lesdits moyens de retrait (20), et en ce que ledit mécanisme de pliage (30) comprend un troisième bras (31) pivotant sur un cadre stationnaire et oscillant dans un plan parallèle à ceux desdits premier bras (11) et deuxième bras (12), ledit troisième bras (31) portant, articulée sur celui-ci, une troisième tige de connexion (34), qui est articulée, à l'extrémité opposée à ladite première tige de connexion (14), sur ledit mécanisme de pliage (30) près desdits moyens de retrait, ladite troisième tige de connexion (34) ayant un élément de pliage (36) raccordé à celle-ci.
