Die Schneideanlage besteht aus einem Schnittguttransportsystem
3, 5, 6, Lufttischen 12 und einer Schneidemaschine 7.
Anhand der Fig. 1 läßt sich deutlich der Weg des Schnittgutes
durch die Schneideanlage verfolgen. Zusätzlich zur
Schneideanlage sind noch weitere Peripheriegeräte dargestellt.
Dabei handelt es sich um einen Stapelheber 1, einen
Schüttelautomat 2 und einen Abstapler 11. Eine Schnittgutlage
gelangt von dem Stapelheber 1 auf den Schüttelautomat
2. Dort werden die Bögen in eine paßgenaue Lage gebracht.
Gleichzeitig wird durch eine Walze zwischen den Bögen befindliche
Luft herausgepreßt. Danach wird die Schnittgutlage
dem Schnittguttransportsystem zugeführt. Dazu ergreifen
Zangen 6 die Schnittgutlage. Die Zangen 6, welche an
Schlitten 5, die an einer Führungsschiene 3 geführt sind,
befestigt sind, ziehen die Schnittgutlage über die Lufttische
12 auf einen Hintertisch der Schneidemaschine 7. Dabei
passieren die Schnittgutlagen eine Schiebeeinheit 4,
mittels derer die Schnittgutlage z. B. im Falle eines
schnelleren Schüttelns als Schneidens in einen Zwischenspeicherplatz
auf einen Lufttisch 12 geschoben werden
können. Die Schnittgutlagen werden auf dem Hintertisch 9
abgelegt und dann von einem Sattel 8 in die Schneidemaschine
7 eingeschoben. Dabei wird die Schnittgutlage mit
der ungeschüttelten, das heißt mit der nicht ausgerichteten
Seite, der Schneidemaschine 7 zugeführt. Der Bediener löst
die Schneidemaschine 7 aus und es kommt so zum ersten
Schnitt. Dann entnimmt der Bediener die Schnittgutlage der
Schneidemaschine 7, dreht sie in die entsprechenden Lagen
für weitere Schnitte. Nach Beendigung dieser Arbeitsgänge
schiebt der Bediener über weitere Lufttische 12 die geschnittenen
Schnittgutlagen zum Abstapler 11.The cutting system consists of a
