Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour la réalisation de l'oscillation d'une coquille de coulée continue, en particulier en utilisant un dispositif d'élévation à entraínement hydraulique, caractérisé en ce qu'à une vitesse d'évacuation prédéfinie, quelconque du produit coulé, la ligne de zéro des oscillations de la coquille, par rapport à la position du niveau du bain pendant le processus de coulée, est déplacée vers le haut et/ou vers le bas.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas d'une série d'oscillations successives de la coquille, celles-ci déplacent leur ligne de zéro, par rapport à la position du niveau du bain de la coquille, périodiquement vers le haut et vers le bas.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de la ligne de zéro des oscillations de la coquille est provoqué par la modification successive du profil de vitesse de la coquille dans plusieurs oscillations individuelles successives, dont chacune correspond au mouvement de la coquille d'un point mort à un autre point mort.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'oscillation de la coquille est provoquée par la superposition d'au moins deux oscillations indépendantes l'une de l'autre, qui se distinguent par le profil de vitesse ou la fréquence, seuls ou en combinaison ou en outre en combinaison avec l'amplitude.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la fréquence d'au moins deux oscillations identiques successives de la coquille est inférieure à la fréquence avec laquelle la coquille dépasse le produit coulé dans son mouvement descendant.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que pour l'obtention d'oscillations superposables avec à chaque fois différents profils de vitesse et/ou différentes fréquences et/ou différentes amplitudes, les coquilles sont logées dans un cadre et que celui-ci est disposé sur une table d'élévation et en ce que tant le cadre que la table d'élévation peuvent être excités dans des oscillations indépendantes les unes des autres.
  7. Utilisation du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, au moins pendant une ou plusieurs parties d'un processus de coulée.
