Abstract
Description
Eine Fahrzeugkarosserie beispielsweise ist ständig dynamischen Kräften ausgesetzt. Unelastische Lackschichten können den Schwingungen und Wärmedehnungen auf Dauer nicht widerstehen, sie würden platzen oder reißen. Zu dünne Schichten würden nur unzureichenden Schutz vor Korrosion gewähren. Um den Anforderungen an Elastizität und Schutz genügen zu können, werden in einem mehrstufigen Verfahren vier bzw. fünf Schichten aufgetragen, nämlich eine Zink-Phosphatschicht, eine Kataphorese-Grundierung, ein elastischer Steinschlagfüller, ein Decklack und danach ein Klarlack.
Claims (5)
- Oberflächenbeschichteter Formkörper, insbesondere lackierte Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, bestehend aus miteinander verbundenen, vorgeformten Platinen, wobei Maßnahmen getroffen sind, um eine optisch unauffällige Verbindungsstelle zu schaffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Klebernaht (8) in der Weise angeordnet ist, daß sie eine an der Verbindungsstelle (1, 11) vorliegende Mulde überbrückt und daß die Klebernaht (8) von Oberflächenbeschichtungen (7, 9, 10) überdeckt ist.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebernaht (8) auf eine in der Mulde verlaufende Schweiß- oder Lötnaht (12) aufgetragen wird.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebernaht (8) auf eine zuvor aufgetragene Grundierung (7) aufgebracht wird.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundierung eine Kataphorese-Grundierung (7) ist und daß als weitere Oberflächenbeschichtungen ein elastischer Steinschlagfüller (9) und ein Deck- bzw. Klarlack (10) die Klebemaht (8) abdecken.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebernaht (8) aus einem 2K-Polyurethankleber besteht.
