Abstract

Es ist eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Einstellung einer Schrägposition in dem Feuchtwerk einer Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine vorgesehen. Ein oder mehrere Schrägstell-Gelenke (7, 8) verbinden Schrägstellstangen für ein oberes und unteres Feuchtwerk eines jeden Druckwerks. Das Gelenk (7, 8) gewährleistet, daß durch eine einzige vom Bediener ausgeführte Bewegung die Einstellung einer Schrägposition des oberen sowie des unteren Feuchtwerks zu gleicher Zeit erfolgen kann. Das oder die Gelenke (7, 8) sind vorzugsweise an einem Ende mit einem Schrägstellbügel (5) verbunden und dieser ist wiederum mit einer Schrägstellstange (4) für das obere oder untere Feuchtwerk verbunden. Die Schrägstellstange stellt die Schrägposition einer zugeordneten Tauchwalze ein. Die Bewegung des Gelenkes (7, 8) kann durch die Bewegung eines Federkolbens (10) gesteuert werden, der mit dem Gelenk oder den Gelenken (7, 8) verbunden ist. Der Federkolben (10) kann federvorgespannt sein und mit Hilfe einer Bohrlochanordnung (14) in verschiedenen Schrägstellpositionen arretiert werden. Ein dem Federkolben (10) zugeordneter Bahnbreitenanzeiger kann dem Bediener eine für eine bestimmte Bahnbreite geeignete Schrägstellung vermitteln. Die Schrägstellstange (4) kann auch einen Feineinstellmechanismus (20) umfassen, um kleine Änderungen an der Einstellung der Schrägpositionen in den Feuchtwerken vorzunehmen, z. A device and a method for setting an inclined position in the dampening unit of a web-fed offset printing press are provided. One or more tilting joints (7, 8) connect tilting rods for an upper and lower dampening unit of each printing unit. The joint (7, 8) ensures that the inclination of the upper and lower dampening units can be adjusted at the same time by a single movement carried out by the operator. The one or more joints (7, 8) are preferably connected at one end to an inclined adjustment bracket (5) and this in turn is connected to an inclined adjustment rod (4) for the upper or lower dampening unit. The tilting rod adjusts the tilting position of an assigned dip roller. The movement of the joint (7, 8) can be controlled by the movement of a spring piston (10) which is connected to the joint or the joints (7, 8). The spring piston (10) can be spring-biased and can be locked in various inclined positions with the aid of a borehole arrangement (14). A web width indicator assigned to the spring piston (10) can provide the operator with an inclined position suitable for a specific web width. The tilt rod (4) can also include a fine adjustment mechanism (20) to make small changes to the setting of the inclined positions in the dampening units, e.g. B. if a certain position is to be set, which lies between the positions that can be created by means of the borehole arrangement.
