Abstract
Ein Schwenkförderer (1) zum Querverschwenken länglicher Werkstücke, insbesondere Drahtstücke (D), um eine zur Werkstücklängsachse normale Hochachse (H) besteht aus einem zur Hochachse (H) im wesentlichen sektorförmigen Fördergestell (2) mit koaxial gekrümmten Auflageleisten (3) und einem unterhalb der Auflageleisten gegenüber dem Fördergestell (2) hebe- und schwenkverstellbar abgestützten Förderrahmen (4) mit zwischen den Auflageleisten (3) hochragenden, zu diesen parallelen Förderleisten (5), wobei die Auflageleisten (3) und die Förderleisten (5) jeweils auf winkelgleich gegeneinander versetzten Radialen (R) zur Hochachse (H) liegende Werkstückaufnahmen (8, 9) bilden und der über einen Förderantrieb (10) im Sinne abwechselnder Förder- und Rückhübe (V, Z) betätigbare Förderrahmen (4) die Förderleisten (5) mit ihren Werkstückaufnahmen (9) während eines Förderhubes (V) oberhalb der Werkstückaufnahmen (8) der Auflageleisten (3) entlang einer der Leistenkrümmung folgenden Bewegungsbahn um einen dem Winkelabstand zweier Radialen (R) entsprechenden Förderschritt vorwärtsbewegt und während eines Rückhubes (Z) unterhalb der Werkstückaufnahmen (8) der Auflageleisten (3) um den Förderschritt zurückbewegt.
