Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft das technische Gebiet der Gewinnung und Behandlung von natürlichen Fasern aus faserhaltigen, natürlichen somit nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, insbesondere aus Bambusmaterialien, die als Verstärkungsmaterialien in den derzeit am häufigsten angewandten Matrixstoffen geeignet sein sollen. Es liegt der Erfindung die technische Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zu schaffen, die die gesamtheitliche technische Lösung einer Zerkleinerung des Aufgabegutes entlang der Strukturgrenzen mit einem hohen Anteil von Bestandteilen im Länge/Durchmesser-Verhältnis >100 im Austragungsgut bewirkt.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die technische Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß beliebige, auf Rieselfähigkeit vorzerkleinerte, faserhaltige, organische Materialien, insbesondere jedoch Bambus, einem ein- und/oder mehrstufigen Behandlungsprozeß, bestehend aus einer Waschstufe, einer Druckbedampfung oder einer zuschaltbaren Wäsche, einem Zerkleinerungsvorgang und einer nachgeschalteten Klassierstufe, unterzogen werden. Erhalten werden als Fertiggut je nach Verfahrensweise und -bedingungen Fasern mit lF≤60 mm oder beispielsweise dF≤1-2 mm. Es sind sowohl naß-trocken wie auch ausschließlich trocken arbeitende Verfahrensabfolgen vorgesehen.

According to the invention the technical problem is solved in that any fiber-containing organic materials pre-shredded to flowability, but in particular bamboo, a one- and / or multi-step treatment process, consisting of a washing step, pressurized steaming or a switchable laundry, a shredding process and a subsequent one Classification level. Depending on the procedure and conditions, fibers with l F ≤60 mm or, for example, d F ≤1-2 mm are obtained as finished goods. Both wet-dry and exclusively dry working sequences are provided.
