Claims (11)
- Dispositif de pulvérisation de produit fluide comprenant un réservoir (11) contenant plusieurs doses de produit, une embase cylindrique (14) recevant ledit réservoir (11), un organe de distribution tel qu'une pompe, un élément d'actionnement manuel (20), des moyens de fractionnement (16) coopérant avec ledit élément d'actionnement (20) pour fractionner le contenu du réservoir (11) en au moins deux doses, et des moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (12) coopérant, lors de l'actionnement, avec ledit élément d'actionnement manuel (20) pour accumuler de l'énergie dans la main de l'utilisateur afin de garantir à chaque actionnement une bonne pulvérisation de la totalité de la dose de produit, caractérisé en ce que ladite embase (14), lesdits moyens de fractionnement (16) et lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (12) font partie intégrante d'une même pièce monobloc (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit réservoir (11) est réalisé d'une pièce avec ladite pièce monobloc (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre des moyens d'indexation (15) coopérant avec ledit élément d'actionnement manuel (20) pour sélectivement permettre ou empêcher l'actionnement du dispositif, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'indexation (15) sont réalisés d'une pièce avec ladite pièce monobloc (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'indexation sont formés par un ou des épaississements (15) prévus sur une partie d'une surface interne de ladite pièce monobloc (10) et coopérant, dans une première position de l'élément d'actionnement (20), avec une ou des pattes (25) saillantes à l'intérieur de l'élément d'actionnement (20), pour empêcher l'actionnemen du dispositif, ledit élément d'actionnement (20) étant déplacable en rotation par rapport à ladite pièce monobloc (10) dans une deuxième position dans laquelle lesdites pattes (25) ne coopèrent plus avec lesdits épaississements (15), permettant l'actionnement du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (12) coopèrent avec ledit élément d'actionnement (20) en le déformant élastiquement lorsqu'une force minimale prédéterminée est exercée sur lui.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie sont des ergots (12) réalisés sur la surface externe de ladite pièce monobloc (10) qui coopèrent avec des épaulements correspondants (22) prévu sur la surface interne de l'élément d'actionnement (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel lesdits moyens de fractionnement sont formés par des épaississements (16) formant au moins un gradin en direction axiale avec les épaississements (15) agissant en tant que moyens d'indexation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de distribution est un bidose adapté à distribuer deux doses de produit, ledit élément d'actionnement (20) étant monté rotatif sur ladite pièce monobloc (10) qui comporte :des premiers moyens d'indexation formés par un ou des épaississements (15) s'étendant sur une première partie de la surface périphérique interne de l'embase (14) et coopérant, dans une première position de l'élément d'actionnement (20), avec une ou des pattes axiales (25) saillantes dans l'élément d'actionnement (20), pour empêcher la distribution de la première dose,des premiers moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (12) formés par un ou des ergots (12) saillants sur la surface externe de ladite embase (14) et coopérant, après une première rotation de l'élément d'actionnement (20) vers une deuxième position dans laquelle lesdits premiers moyens d'indexation (15) ne coopèrent plus avec l'élément d'actionnement (20), avec un ou des épaulements (22) prévus sur la surface interne de l'élément d'actionnement (20), pour accumuler de l'énergie dans la main de l'utilisateur lors de l'actionnement du dispositif, lesdits épaulements (22) ne passant par dessus lesdits ergots (12) qu'à partir de l'application d'une force minimale prédéterminée, permettant ainsi le déplacement de l'élément d'actionnement (20) par rapport à la pièce monobloc (10), et donc la distribution de la première dose ;des moyens de fractionnement formés par un ou des épaississements (16) s'étendant sur une seconde partie de la surface périphérique interne de l'embase (14) et coopérant avec la ou lesdites pattes axiales (25) de l'élément d'actionnement (20) après distribution de la première dose, pour empêcher un déplacement axial supplémentaire de l'élément d'actionnement (20) sur la pièce monobloc (10) et ainsi fractionner le contenu du réservoir (11) en deux doses, de sorte que lesdits moyens de fractionnement (16) agissent simultanément en tant que seconds moyens d'indexation ; etdes seconds moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (13) formés par un ou des ergots (13) saillants sur la surface externe de l'embase (14) et coopérant, après une seconde rotation de l'élément d'actionnement (20) vers une troisième position dans laquelle lesdits seconds moyens d'indexation (16) ne coopèrent plus avec l'élément d'actionnement (20), avec le ou lesdits épaulements (22) de l'élément d'actionnement (20) pour accumuler de l'énergie dans la main de l'utilisateur, ne permettant la distribution de la seconde dose qu'à partir de l'application d'une force minimale prédéterminée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 8, dans lequel lesdits premiers et seconds moyens d'accumulation d'énergie comportent chacun une paire d'ergots saillants diamétralement opposée (12, 13), les deux paires d'ergots (12, 13) étant décalées axialement et circonférentiellement l'une par rapport à l'autre, sur la surface externe de ladite pièce monobloc (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel, dans ladite première position de l'élément d'actionnement (20), le ou lesdits épaulements (22) de l'élément d'actionnement (20) coopèrent, par exemple par encliquetage, avec des moyens d'accrochage (19) prévus sur le bord périphérique supérieur de ladite pièce monobloc (10), pour maintenir ledit élément d'actionnement (20) sur ladite pièce monobloc (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ladite pièce monobloc (10) comporte sur une surface externe des premiers moyens de butée de rotation (18a) coopérant avec ledit élément d'actionnement (20) pour définir ladite première position de l'élément d'actionnement, et des deuxièmes moyens de butée de rotation (18b) coopérant avec l'élément d'actionnement (20) pour définir ladite deuxième position de l'élément d'actionnement, et des troisièmes moyens de butée de rotation (18c) coopérant avec l'élément d'actionnement (20) pour définir ladite troisième position de l'élément d'actionnement.
