Description
Eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens weist ein Gefäß für die Mischung von zwei Komponenten des Klebstoffes, eine Injektionseinrichtung, welche an das der Stirnseite des Alu-Leiters anliegende Ende der Hülse ansetzbar ist und die Hülse sowie das in die Hülse eingesetzte abisolierte Ende des Alu-Leiters umschließende Preßbacken auf.

Um das Kabel 1 mit dem Kabelschuh 2 elektrisch zu verbinden, wird das abisolierte Ende des Alu-Leiters 11 in die Hülse 21 des Kabelschuhs 2 eingeschoben und wird es anschließend in dieser mittels eines in die Hülse 21 eingebrachten elektrisch leitenden Klebstoffes verklebt.
Als Klebstoff wird z. B. ein handelsüblicher Zweikomponentenkleber verwendet, welcher elektrisch leitfähig ist.
Wie dies aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, wird vorzugsweise nach dem Verkleben des Kabels 1 mit dem Kabelschuh 2 dessen Hülse 21 zu einem sechseckigen Querschnitt verformt, wodurch der Alu-Leiter 11 und der Kalbeschuh 2 auch formschlüssig mechanisch verbunden werden.
Alternativ zu diesem Verfahren kann der Klebstoff auf das abisolierte Ende des Alu-Leiters 11 aufgetragen werden, worauf dieses in die Hülse 21 des Kabelschuhs 2 eingesetzt wird.
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur elektrischen und mechanischen Verbindung eines aus einem metallischen Leiter (11) und einer diesen umgebende Isolierung [12] bestehenden elektrischen Kabels ( 1 ) mit einem Kabelschuh (2) bzw. mit einer Batterieklemme, wobei das abisolierte freie Ende des metallischen Leiters (11) in eine Anschlußhülse (21) des Kabelschuhs (2) bzw. der Batterieklemme eingesetzt und mit dieser verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der metallische Leiter (11) aus Aluminium bzw. aus einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt ist und daß dessen abisoliertes freies Ende in der Anschlußhülse (21) mittels eines elektrisch leitenden Klebstoffes (30) verklebt wird, wobei der Klebstoff (30), durch die Stirnseite des Anschlußhülse (21) injiziert wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußhülse (21) nach dem Einsetzen des freien Endes des Alu-Leiters (11) verformt wird, wodurch die Anschlußhülse (21) mit dem freien Ende des Alu-Leiters (11) formschlüssig verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das abisolierte freie Ende des Alu-Leiters (11) Klebstoff aufgebracht wird, worauf dieses in die Anschlußhülse (21) des Kabelschuhs (2) bzw. der Batterieklemme eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff (30) in die Anschlußhülse (21) des Kabelschuhs (2) bzw. der Batterieklemme von der dem Kabel (1) gegenüberliegende Seite her eingepreßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Alu-Leiter (11) aus einer Vielzahl von Drähten besteht und daß der Klebstoff (30) innerhalb der Anschlußhülse (21) zwischen die einzelnen Drähte des Alu-Leiters (11) eingepreßt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Gefäß (31) für die Mischung von zwei Komponenten des Klebstoffes (30), eine Injektionseinrichtung (32), und die Anschlußhülse (21) sowie ein in diese eingesetzte abisolierte Ende eines Leiters (11) umschließende Preßbacken (41) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Leiter (11) ein Alu-Leiter (11) ist und die Injektionseinrichtung (32) an das der Stirnseite des Alu-Leiters (11) anliegende Ende der Hülse (21) ansetzbar ist.
