Der Kabelschuh 2 besteht aus einer angenähert zylindrischen Hülse 21, welche mit einer Anschlußfahne 22 ausgebildet ist.
Um das Kabel 1 mit dem Kabelschuh 2 elektrisch zu verbinden, wird das abisolierte Ende des Kabels 11 in die Hülse 21 des Kabelschuhs 2 eingeschoben und wird es anschließend mittels eines in die Hülse 21 eingebrachten elektrisch leitenden Klebstoffes verklebt.
Dem Mischgefäß 31 werden einerseits aus einem mit einer Heizung 36 ausgebildeten Vorratsbehälter 35 eine erste Komponente des Klebstoffes 30 und andererseits aus einem Vorratsbehälter 37 ein Härter zugeführt. Vom Mischbehälter 31 wird der aus beiden Komponenten bestehende Klebstoff 30 in die Injektionseinrichtung 32 gefördert. Die Injektionseinrichtung 32 ist mit einer mit Düsen versehenen Platte 38 ausgebildet, welche von den zwei Preßbacken 41 umschlossen ist und welche an dasjenige Stirnende der Hülse 21 anliegt, von welchem die Anschlußfahne 22 abragt. Mittels der Injektionseinrichtung 32 wird in die Hülse 21 Klebstoff 30 eingepreßt, welcher zwischen die einzelnen Drähte der Litze 11 gelangt und diese miteinander und mit der der Hülse 21 verklebt. Um eine rasche Aushärtung des Klebstoffes zu erzielen, sind die Preßbacken 41 mit Heizelementen 42 ausgebildet.
In den Fig. 2 und 3 ist das mit dem Kabelschuh 2 verbundene Kabel 1 dargestellt.
Dieses Verfahren kann insbesondere auch dafür verwendet werden, ein aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestelltes Kabel mit einer Batterieklemme elektrisch und mechanisch zu verbinden.
Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur elektrischen und mechanischen Verbindung von elektrisch leitenden Bauteilen, von welchen mindestens einer aus Aluminium bzw. aus einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt ist, insbes. zur Verbindung eines elektrischen Kabels [1] mit einem Kabelschuh [2] bzw. mit einer Batterieklemme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden elektrischen Bauteile [1, 2] miteinander mittels eines elektrisch leitenden Klebstoffes (30) verklebt und vorzugsweise hierauf miteinander formschlüssig verbunden werden [Fig. 1].
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das abisolierte freie Ende des Kabels [1] in die Hülse [21] eines Kabelschuhs [2] oder einer Batterieklemme eingesetzt und in dieser mittels eines elektrisch leitenden Klebstoffes [30] verklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff (30) in die Hülse (21) des Kabelschuhs [2] oder der Batterieklemme von der dem Kabel [1] gegenüberliegenden Seite her eingepreßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das abisolierte, freie Ende des Kabels [1] Klebstoff aufgebracht wird, worauf dieses in die Hülse [21] des Kabelschuhs [2] oder der Batterieklemme eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Einsetzen des freien Endes des Kabels [1] in die Hülse [21] Und dem Verkleben des freien Endes mit der Hülse [21] diese verformt wird, wodurch die Hülse [21] mit dem freien Ende des Kabels (1) formschlüssig verbunden wird [Fig. 3].
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kabel (1) eine aus einer Vielzahl von Drähten bestehende Litze [11] aufweist und daß der Klebstoff [30] innerhalb der Hülse [21] zwischen die einzelnen Drähte eingepreßt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines elektrisch leitenden Klebstoffes [30] auf Bauteile (1, 2), von welchen zumindest einer aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt ist und welche miteinander verbunden werden sollen, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß sie ein Gefäß [31] für die Mischung von zwei Komponenten des Klebstoffes [30], eine Injektionseinrichtung [32] und die beiden Bauteile [1, 2] umschließende Preßbacken [41] aufweist.
