Claims (10)
- Machine d'impression de sécurité sur des papiers-valeurs (la), notamment des billets de banque, comportant un dispositif d'alimentation en papier sous forme de feuilles, un dispositif de transport du papier et une unité d'application d'images de sécurité (7) supportées par au moins un ruban (8, 8a) qui est amené en contact avec le papier (1) telles que ces images (7) sont appliquées à des emplacements déterminés du papier (1) correspondant aux impressions des papiers-valeurs (la), l'unité d'application comportant un cylindre applicateur (5) muni de tampons (52) disposés sur la périphérie du cylindre applicateur en registre avec lesdits emplacements déterminés, coopérant avec un cylindre de pression (4) entre lesquels le papier (1) défile, ledit ruban (8, 8a) étant monté entre deux bobines de déroulement (B1, B2), respectivement enroulement (25) du ruban, le ruban (8, 8a) passant parallèlement au trajet du papier (1), caractérisée par le fait que la machine est munie d'un dispositif de préchauffage (13) du ruban (8, 8a) en amont du cylindre applicateur (5) pour préchauffer les images (7) qui seront appliquées contre la feuille de papier (1) par simple contact desdits tampons (52) avec les images (7) contre le cylindre de pression (4).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que dans le but d'économiser le ruban (8, 8a), la machine est munie de moyens permettant de faire avancer le ruban (8, 8a) en synchronisme avec la feuille (1) passant entre le cylindre applicateur (5) et le cylindre de pression (4), de freiner l'avance du ruban (8, 8a) et de le faire reculer sur une distance égale à environ la longueur d'une feuille, lorsque la feuille (1) a quittée le cylindre applicateur (5) en attendant l'arrivée de la feuille suivante et de mettre en registre le ruban (8, 8a) avec la feuille suivante.
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens comprennent un paire de rouleaux d'avance (14) disposés en aval du cylindre applicateur (5) faisant avancer le ruban (8, 8a), une paire de rouleaux de recul (12, 12') en amont du dispositif de préchauffage permettant de faire reculer le ruban (8, 8a), un dispositif de lecture (26) des marques (27) de registre dont est muni le ruban (8, 8a) et des moyens (11 ; 15) disposés en amont des rouleaux de recul (12, 12a) et en aval des rouleaux d'avance (14) permettant d'assister lesdits rouleaux lors des changements de vitesse du ruban (8, 8a).
- Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits dispositifs (11 ; 15) pour assister lesdits les rouleaux (12, 14) lors des changements de vitesse sont deux caissons à pression négative dans lesquels un segment du ruban (8, 8a) est aspiré.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que le ruban (8, 8a) est guidé par un ensemble de rouleaux de renvoi (16 à 21) pour passer au moins une deuxième fois entre les cylindres applicateur (5) et de pression (4) à une position décalée dans le sens axial de ces cylindres.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend au moins un deuxième ruban (8a) pour l'application d'images (7) sur une position décalée axialement par rapport au premier ruban (8).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que les images sont des bandes s'étendant d'un côté à l'autre du papier-valeur (la), les tampons du cylindre applicateur étant des segments annulaires dont la longueur correspond à la longueur des feuilles (1) ou des papiers-valeurs (la).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que les tampons (52) du cylindre applicateur (5) sont munis de moyens de chauffage.
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de préchauffage sont soit à air chaud, soit à infrarouge, soit à radiation.
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de préchauffage comprennent deux plaques parallèles, dont l'une placée du côté du ruban (8, 8a) émet de la chaleur, l'autre située de l'autre côté du ruban et agencée pour réfléchir la chaleur émise par la première plaque.
