Die Strömungskanäle 9 verlaufen geneigt zur Bogenlaufrichtung 10, wobei die Strömungskanäle 9 schräg nach außen gerichtet sind. Jedem Strömungskanal 9 ist eine Blasdüse 1 zugeordnet, die mittels eines oder mehrerer über die Breite des Anlegtischs verteilt angeordneter Druckkammern 5 mit Blasluft versorgt werden. Die Druckkammern 5 und die Blasdüsen 1 sind mit einem Deckblech 7 abgedeckt, was mit der Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 4 eine Ebene bildet. Unmittelbar den Öffnungen 1.1 der Blasdüsen 1 sind in den Strömungskanälen 9 jeweils eine Saugbohrung 6 vorgesehen, die in Verbindung zum atmosphärischen Umgebungsdruck steht. Durch die Zuordnung dieser Saugbohrungen 6 unmittelbar zu den Öffnungen 1.1 der Blasdüsen 1, wobei die Saugbohrungen 6 etwa senkrecht zum Blasstrahl 2 verlaufen, entsteht ein Injektor und der im Austrittsbereich des Blasstrahls 2 sich üblicherweise aufbauende statische Unterdruck wird reduziert, so daß durch Erhöhung des Volumenstromes des Blasstrahls 2 und Verminderung der Injektorwirkung zwischen der Unterseite der Bogen 3 und Anlegtisch 4 ein großflächiges Haften der Bogen 3 auf dem Anlegtisch 4 vermieden wird. Damit können die in Bogenlaufrichtung 8 zum Anlegtisch 4 geförderten Bogen 3 störungsfrei an nicht dargestellte, aus Vorder- und Deckmarken bestehende Anlegmarken geführt werden. Claims (3)

  1.
