Abstract
L'invention concerne une tondeuse à gazon et un dispositif de chargement de matière coupée permettant de tondre des pelouses et/ou surfaces gazonnées en respectant l'environnement, en une seule opération, pour recueillir et compacter la matière coupée, en vue d'une utilisation ultérieure. La tondeuse et le dispositif de chargement comprennent au moins un châssis équipé de roues et réglable en hauteur, un outil de coupe et des éléments de transport de la matière coupée, montés sur ledit châssis, ainsi qu'un compartiment de compactage recueillant la matière coupée. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le canal de transport de matière coupée (7) de l'outil de coupe (60) communique avec le compartiment de compactage (52) de la presse à mettre en balles (70), qui recueille et compacte la matière coupée.
