Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Positionierung und Verriegelung eines Verbinders (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Oberfläche einer Schaltkreisplatine (6) montiert zu werden, bei dem eine Positionierungsvorrichtung (12) mit einem vorstehenden Teil (16), welches dazu bestimmt ist, in der Ebene der gedruckten Schaltungsplatine (6) zu bleiben, mit Kraft in einen ersten Schlitz (10) bzw. einen zweiten Schlitz (11) eingefügt wird, wobei diese Schlitze zu beiden Seiten des Gehäuses (4) des Verbinders (2) liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungsvorrichtung (12) einen ebenen Teil (14) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit Kraft in die Schlitze (10, 11) eingefügt zu werden, die seitlich in dem Gehäuse (4) des Verbinders (2) angeordnet sind, wobei die vorstehenden Teile (16) aus den Schlitzen (10, 11) heraus vorstehen und dazu bestimmt sind, auf der Seite der gedruckten Schaltungsplatine (6) zu verbleiben und dort verlötet zu werden.
- Positionierungs- und Verriegelungsvorrichtung für einen Verbinder (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Oberfläche einer gedruckten Schaltungsplatine (6) montiert zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen ebenen Teil (14) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit Kraft in ein seitlich in das Gehäuse (4) des Verbinders (2) angeordneten Schlitz (10, 11) eingefügt zu werden, und ein Teil (16) aufweist, das aus dem Schlitz (10, 11) heraus vorsteht und dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Seite der gedruckten Schaltungsplatine (6) zu verbleiben und dort verlötet zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Teil (16) flach ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Teil (16) eine sinusoide Form mit mindestens zwei Bäuchen (22, 24) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (26), die es ermöglicht, einen Stecker am Verbinder (2) zu befestigen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sinusoid zwei Bäuche (22, 24) aufweist, deren Mittelachse Δ parallel zu der Ebene der gedruckten Schaltungsplatine (6) verläuft, die eine Referenzebene für die Koplanarität bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie reversibel ist, derart, dass durch Umdrehen um einen Winkel von 180° die Vorrichtung in die jeweiligen seitlichen Schlitze (10, 11) einsteckbar ist.
- Ein-/Ausgangsverbinder (2) für ein Mobiltelefon, mit Kontakten (8), die auf der Oberfläche einer gedruckten Schaltungsplatine (6) montiert werden sollen, gekennzeichnet durch eine Positionierungs- und Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Mobiltelefon, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Verbinder nach Anspruch 6 aufweist.
