- la figure 2 représente schématiquement le principe de fonctionnement du dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification de la figure 1.
Claims (14)
- Procédé de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne, le moteur comportant un bloc cylindre (1), une culasse (2), un carter d'huile (3), des moyens (12) d'aspiration de l'huile vers un premier (4A) et un second (48) circuit de lubrification des organes mécaniques contenus respectivement dans le carter cylindre (1) et dans la culasse (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à réguler de manière indépendante les températures de l'huile de lubrification circulant dans les premier (4A) et second (48) circuits de lubrification.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des premiers (5, 8A, 8B) et seconds moyens (6, 7A, 78) de régulation de la température de l'huile respectivement, du premier circuit (4A) de lubrification et du second circuit (48) de lubrification, des moyens (10) de mesure de la température de l'huile et des moyens (11) de commande automatiques des moyens (5, 8A, 8B; 6 7A, 7B) de régulation de la température de l'huile des premier (4A) et second (4B) circuits de lubrification, en fonction de la température mesurée de l'huile.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les premiers (5, 8A, 88) et seconds moyens (6, 7A, 7B) de régulation sont chacun commutables par les moyens (11) de commande entre un état inactif et un état actif, l'état actif les moyens (5, 8A, 88, 6, 7A, 78) de régulation étant déterminé pour assurer soit un refroidissement soit un réchauffement de l'huile circulant dans le circuit (4A, 48) de lubrification concerné.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que lorsque la température de l'huile est inférieure à une température de référence (Tr), les premiers moyens (5) de régulation de l'huile sont activés pour réchauffer l'huile circulant dans le premier circuit (4A) de lubrification, les seconds moyens (6) de régulation étant soit désactivés soit activés pour refroidir l'huile circulant dans le second (48) circuit de lubrification.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que la température de référence (Tr) est comprise entre 80 et 120 degrés environ.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5 caractérisé en ce que lorsque la température de l'huile de lubrification est comprise entre la température de référence (Tr) et une température limite (Tmax), les premiers moyens (5) de régulation sont désactivés tandis que les seconds moyens (6) de régulation sont activés pour refroidir l'huile circulant dans le second circuit (4A) de lubrification.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6 caractérisé en ce que lorsque la température de l'huile de lubrification est supérieure à une température limite (Tmax), les premiers (5) et seconds (6) moyens de régulation sont activés pour refroidir l'huile circulant respectivement dans les premier (4A) et second (4A) circuit de lubrification.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les premiers et seconds moyens de régulation de la température de l'huile comportent chacun un échangeur (5, 6) et des moyens (7A, 78; 8A, 8B) de commutation associés, les échangeurs (5, 6) étant situés en amont respectivement des premiers (4A) et seconds (48) circuits de lubrification, les moyens (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) de commutation permettant de mettre sélectivement ou non l'huile de lubrification en échange thermique avec le liquide de refroidissement d'un circuit (9) de refroidissement du moteur.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que lorsque la température de l'huile de lubrification est inférieure à la température (Ts) maximale stabilisée du liquide de refroidissement en lors du fonctionnement normal du moteur, les moyens (7A, 7B; 8A, 88) de commutation mettent en échange thermique le liquide de refroidissement et l'huile du premier (4A) circuit de lubrification et désactivent l'échange thermique du liquide de refroidissement avec l'huile du second (4B) circuit de lubrification.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que lorsque la température de l'huile de lubrification est comprise entre la température (Ts) maximale stabilisée du liquide de refroidissement et une température limite (Tmax), les moyens (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) de commutation mettent en échange thermique le liquide de refroidissement et l'huile du second (48) circuit de lubrification et désactivent l'échange thermique du liquide de refroidissement avec l'huile du premier (4A) circuit de lubrification.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que lorsque la température de l'huile de lubrification est supérieure à une température limite (Tmax), les moyens (7A, 7B; 8A, 8B) de commutation mettent en échange thermique le liquide de refroidissement et l'huile des premier (4A) et second (4B) circuits de lubrification.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6, 7, 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que la température limite (Tmax) est comprise entre 140 et 180 degrés environ.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11 caractérisé en ce que température (Ts) maximale stabilisée du liquide de refroidissement est une valeur fixe connue par les moyens (11) de commande, ou une valeur variable mesurée en temps réel.
- Dispositif de régulation de la température de l'huile de lubrification des organes mécaniques d'un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8, 9, 10, 11 et 13, caractérisé en ce que le circuit (9) de refroidissement comporte deux dérivations en parallèle, chacune des deux voies d'une même dérivation comporte une vanne (7A, 7B, 8A, 88) constituant les moyens de commutation associés à l'échangeur (5, 6) concerné.
