Claims (10)
- Dispositif de commande pour un appareil de l'électronique de divertissement comportant un tapis de contacts (4), qui présente des touches (11), qui sont associées à des fonctions déterminées,
caractérisé en ce que
les touches (11) sont munies d'une couche électriquement conductrice (20, 21) et d'une métallisation (32,..., 36), où le dispositif de commande présente différentes zones de clavier (5, 6, 7, 8, 9), dont les touches (11) sont munies respectivement de différentes métallisations (32,..., 36), où les différentes métallisations (32,..., 36) sont respectivement produites en ce que les touches (11) avec les mêmes métallisations (32,..., 36) sont prévues avec une couche électriquement conductrice commune (20, 21). - Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est une télécommande.
- Dispositif de commande selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tapis de contacts (4) est recouvert d'un pochoir (10) pour produire les couches électriquement conductrices (20, 21) de sorte que seulement les touches (11) prévues pour une métallisation (32,..., 36) ainsi que les liaisons entre ces touches (11) restent libres, qui doivent être munies des métallisations similaires respectives (32,..., 36).
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les zones de clavier (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) prévues pour des métallisations similaires (32,..., 36) présentent des points de contact respectifs (13, 15, 17, 18), qui sont utilisés avec les touches à métalliser (11) et les liaisons en tant que points de contact pour l'application des différentes métallisations (32,..., 36).
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que une métallisation galvanique (32,..., 36) est prévue.
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche électriquement conductrice (20, 21) est produite par vernis conducteur ou par métallisation par plasma.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1 d'un appareil de l'électronique de divertissement comportant un tapis de contacts (4), qui présente des touches de fonction (5, 6, 7, 8, 9),
caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :- recouvrir le tapis de contacts (4) avec un pochoir (10) de manière que seules les touches à métalliser (11) ainsi que les liaisons disposées entre les touches à métalliser (11) restent libres grâce au pochoir (10),- munir les touches à métalliser (11) ainsi que les liaisons disposées entre les touches à métalliser (11) d'une couche électriquement conductrice et- métalliser les zones munies de la couche électriquement conductrice. - Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les touches (11) des zones de clavier pouvant être déterminées (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) sont munies respectivement de métallisations différentes (32,..., 36), où les métallisations différentes (32,..., 36) sont produites respectivement en ce que les touches (11) avec des métallisations similaires (32,..., 36) sont munies d'une couche électriquement conductrice commune (20, 21).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le tapis de contacts (4) est recouvert d'un pochoir (10) pour produire les couches électriquement conductrices (20, 21) de sorte que seulement les touches (11) prévues pour une métallisation (32,..., 36) ainsi que les liaisons entre les touches (11) restent libres, qui sont prévues avec des métallisations similaires respectives (32,..., 36).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la métallisation des touches (11) dans les zones de clavier (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) prévues avec une métallisation similaire (32,..., 36) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire de points de contact (13, 15, 17, 18), qui sont utilisés avec les touches à métalliser (11) et les liaisons en tant que points de contact pour l'application des différentes métallisations (32,..., 36).
