Abstract

Die Leuchte für langgestreckte Leuchtstofflampen, insbesondere in staub- und wasserdichter Ausführung, ist mit einem durch ein Hohlprofil zur geschützten Aufnahme von Vorschaltgerät, Starter und dergleichen gebildeten Grundkörper versehen, dessen stirnseitige Enden durch je ein Fassungsgehäuse verschlossen sind, zwischen denen eine rohrförmige Lampenabdeckung mit stirnseitigen Öffnungen für die Leuchtstofflampen befestigt ist. Damit die Leuchte auch bei kürzer Bauart sämtliche Zusatzgeräte sicher und dicht aufnehmen und insbesondere mehr als eine Leuchtstofflampe eingebaut werden kann, ist der Grundkörper (1) durch zwei parallel verlaufende Hohlprofile (2) und einen zwischen diesen liegenden Steg (3) gebildet, wobei sich die Fassungsgehäuse (10) im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Grundkörpers (1) erstrecken. Dadurch, daß zwei Hohlprofile vorhanden sind, steht praktisch doppelt so viel Raum zur Aufnahme der zusätzlichen Geräte und Bauteile zur Verfügung. Gleichzeitig weist die Leuchte eine größere Breite auf, so daß die Fassungsgehäuse entsprechend breiter sind. Diese Fassungsgehäuse können dann so gestaltet sein, daß sie Fassungen für vorzugsweise zwei Leuchtstofflampen nebeneinander aufweisen.
