Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a component for creating walls and / or Blankets, especially on ships.
In the area of prefabricated technology, especially in the area of construction of ship walls, it is known to form finished flat components by tabular components with metal sheets outer surfaces and a lying between these sheets, with the facing surfaces of the sheets firmly connected core formed become.
These components are called surface components for creating wall surfaces used by being inserted in appropriate holder and be attached there.
A very important problem in the formation of such surface components consists on the one hand of training them so that the educated Wall surfaces not only have the necessary inherent stability, but are also resilient, especially in the ship area often furniture or the like on the side walls and the ceilings. attached be, since a fixed position in the room must be secured. At the same time However, the mass and thus the weight of the surface component may do not become too large because the handling of such components this reduces and the payload by the additional weight is reduced. Furthermore, in the formation of such surface components ensure that these are both in their conceptual structure, as well as in terms of the materials used, that they are intrinsically flame-retardant and, in addition, sufficient Provide flame protection against the spread of a fire.
Hinzu kommt noch, daß eine klemmende Halterung nicht dadurch erreicht wird, daß die beiden Profilschenkel von zwei Wandelementen zwischen den Profilschenkeln des Tragprofils klemmend gehalten werden, sondern vermittels eines Keiles oder mehrerer Keile, da sonst überhaupt keine klemmende Halterung erreicht werden kann.DE 87 09 824 U is a kit for a wall with flat Wall elements made of sheet steel, particularly for cladding Walls, especially known for interior construction on ships, that connect to each other parallel edges angled U-shaped and with in a slot insertable, clamping connecting parts are provided. The flat Wall elements have U-shaped bends on their longitudinal edges, which directly with one along the entire length of the wall element acting connecting element are clamped, the approximately right-angled connecting elements designed as curved high profiles are slotted in the longitudinal direction. The boundary surfaces or legs of the U-shaped bends are perpendicular aligned with the slotted surface of the connecting element, their dimensions and the U-shaped bends are so coordinated that at least one of the wall elements the connecting element in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the slotted Surface of the connecting element are pulled out can. This kit is made of wall elements and a support profile assumed two wall elements placed next to each other are held clamped. The two profile legs of the wall elements not held between the two profile legs of the support profile, but in such a way that the one clamping leg of the one wall element the bent outer leg of the profile leg of the Support profile overlaps with the result that the wall element is not from Support profile can be deducted. Pulling off a wall element forward is prevented by the bent outer leg. In addition comes that a clamping bracket does not reach is that the two profile legs of two wall elements between the profile legs of the support profile are held clamped, but by means of a wedge or several wedges, otherwise none at all clamping bracket can be achieved.
An dem Seitensteg des Einrastprofils ist endabschnittseitig zum Haltesteg ausgerichtet ein Winkelsteg angeformt, dessen endseitiger Stegabschnitt parallel zum Haltesteg ausgerichtet ist von diesem in einem der Länge des Mittelsteges des Klemmprofiles entsprechenden Abstand angeordnet ist.DE 33 17 208 is a wall element for lining and division one with at least one top and bottom surface Room with to connect a wall element with another wall element arranged on the side edges Connection profiles, one of which is a connection profile as a clamping profile with one on a long side edge of a plate element arranged web, with a parallel at its end portion molded to the plate level and one at the middle End section towards the board level and the other as insertable into the clamping profile with a snap on the arranged long side edge of the plate element, to the former Bridge parallel to the clamping profile, with the plate element connected retaining web, with one at its end section parallel to Plate-shaped center bar and one at its end section trained to the plate level side web and that Clamp profile of a wall element with the snap profile of other wall element can be brought into engagement, known, the arranged on the side edges of the plate element and for Plates directed parallel to each other and to the plane Plate level and are arranged at right angles to the central webs. On the side web of the snap-in profile is on the end section side to the holding web aligned an angular web formed, the end web portion is aligned parallel to the holding bridge of this in one distance corresponding to the length of the central web of the clamping profile is arranged.
According to this, the wall element has profile configurations on the side edges on, one profile as a clamping profile and the other profile is designed as a snap profile. Both profiles have different Refinements to the extent that the snap-in profile is U-shaped and that Clamping profile U-shaped with one protruding into the interior another U-shaped section is formed. When connecting two wall elements engage the snap profile of one wall element into the clamping profile of the other wall element. There several interconnected wall elements no stability have, the wall elements on the ceiling surface and be attached to the floor of the room. Should now be a full area Wall element against one with a door frame and with one Door wall element to be replaced, then the Fastening connection for the wall element to be replaced released become.
Diese Ausgestaltung ermöglicht das leichte Austauschen und Abnehmen von Wandelementen, die mühelos auf- und abbaubar sind, was besonders Vorteilhaft sein soll, wenn eine Vergrößerung oder Verkleinerung der Kabinenräume erforderlich wird.DE 43 08 874 discloses a component for creating walls, especially on ships, the component for forming a Wall surface made of vertical posts, each with a support profile a U-shaped cross-section and with two extending in the longitudinal direction of the profile internal, formed at the outer end of the profile legs, extending over the entire length of the support profile U-shaped stop surfaces and at least two wall panels consists of each wall plate in cross section a U-profile has and with two extending over the entire length of the wall plate Provide clamping legs with clamping surfaces is, the two wall panels standing against each other with their opposite clamping legs by means of the two stop surfaces of the support profile are held by means of a clamp fit. The distance between the two stop surfaces corresponds to that Width of a clamping leg, with both outer legs the U-shaped clamping leg of the wall panels between each other opposite and inner stop surfaces of the U-shaped profile legs of the support profile lie inside. This configuration enables easy replacement and removal of wall elements are easy to assemble and disassemble, which should be particularly advantageous, if the cabin rooms need to be enlarged or reduced becomes.
The known components are exclusively for the production of vertical walls and have no technical design on, which makes it possible to use these components as ceiling elements use and assemble.
The invention has for its object to provide a component with the economical, without much time and without special technical knowledge partition walls and / or ceilings for training of cabins or other rooms in and on ships and also Buildable outside of ships in residential and office spaces of houses are, the components should be easy to handle. Of further, the component should have a configuration that Component can also be used for the production of ceilings. Height Stability, easy attachment options and easy to manufacture characterize the component.
This object is achieved by the features specified in
Then there is a component for creating walls and / or ceilings, in particular on ships, in such a way that the component from a multilayer board from a square or rectangular Cut from a mineral wool layer with preferably Fibers perpendicular to the top layer and from both sides the cut from the mineral wool layer arranged wall panels consists. These wall panels are glued to the mineral wool layer. On the opposite faces of the multilayer board are rail-shaped U-profiles attached, the profile legs at their free edges leg sections angled outwards with a thickness approximately have a corresponding length for each wall plate. The two Profile legs of each rail-shaped U-profile form a slot-shaped Groove for receiving insertable into the slot-shaped groove or insertable connecting elements for connecting several Components with each other, these connecting elements also so are formed that two or more components in the right Angles can be arranged and connected to each other. The two Wall panels of the multi-layer panel extend over the outer wall surfaces the profile leg of the two rail-shaped U-profiles to to the angled profile leg sections, so that both wall panels between two angled profile leg sections are held and thus secured.
Because of this configuration, a component is created which is inexpensive to produce, since only a multilayer board is assumed which consists of a mineral wool layer on the wall panels are glued on. To such a component with other components to be able to connect are the end faces of this multilayer board provided with rail-shaped U-profiles that extend over the entire Extend the length of the end faces of the multilayer board. Mediating this rail-shaped U-profiles made of metal or other suitable This multilayer or composite panel receives a high material Strength and inherent stability; the assembly of a partition from several such trained components is easily possible because only in the opposite rail-shaped U-profiles of two with each other components to be connected only a correspondingly designed one Connecting element with its legs in the slit-shaped Grooves of the two rail-shaped U-profiles is inserted. Thereby, that the rail-shaped U-profiles consist of a metallic material, is the insertion or insertion of the connecting elements effortlessly between the profile legs of these rail-shaped U-profiles be held clamped. With the trained according to the invention Partition walls manufactured have such a high Intrinsic stability that they are suitable, e.g. Closets or to be able to hold other types of facilities. The one on the front the multi-layer board provided rail-shaped U-profiles serve to stabilize and accommodate the connecting elements.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the multilayer board has at least on one of the U-profile rail-free sides rail-shaped U-profile, which is used to reinforce the attachment of angular support elements, by means of the horizontal components connectable and to a vertical component can be attached.
This rail-shaped U-profile is inserted into the multilayer board in such a way that the profile leg of this rail-shaped U-profile between the cut of the mineral wool layer and the wall panels arranged and glued together with these and the mineral wool layer. Around a horizontal component on such a component Being able to arrange as a ceiling element is on the outer wall surface one of the two wall plates or both wall plates an angular one Support element attached. The attachment of the angular support element takes place in the upper area of the multilayer board and via a of the two legs of the angular support element. That thigh the angular support element is by means of a screw connection with the wall plate, the mineral wool layer and the corresponding Profile leg of the rail-shaped U-profile in the upper Side area of the multilayer board attached. The profile legs of the above and rail-shaped U-profiles embedded in the multilayer panel below serve as reinforcing elements for attaching the angular Support elements.
Another embodiment of the invention provides that the vertical extending first rail-shaped profiles and the horizontal ones second rail-shaped profiles of the multilayer board a frame embedded in these are combined on both sides is covered by the wall panels.
The component then consists of a square or rectangular one Frame formed on two opposite sides first U-profiles with outwardly extending Legs for receiving connecting elements for a modular Assemble several components as a wall element and with trained on the other two opposite sides of the frame second U-profiles with inward and extending opposite reinforcement legs for fastening support elements for the assembly of components as ceiling elements, and from two side wall panels attached to the frame, one of which each of the two wall panels between the opposite, angled ones Leg sections held the first U-profiles of the frame , the one enclosed by the frame and the wall panels Interior with a fire retardant, sound and heat insulating Material is filled in or a cut from the mineral wool layer records.
Because of this configuration, the component can be used both as Use wall element as well as a ceiling element, making for the Storage and storage bracket takes up little space. There are only components and support brackets required to make vertical Create partitions and horizontal ceilings. Through training the end faces of the component with the first U profiles are connected two components via connecting elements, which by the Profile legs of the U-profiles are held clamped and for the Connection of the components with each other only in that of the profile legs of the first U-profiles formed groove-shaped spaces inserted and in these spaces between the profile legs be held clamped. The fact that each component in addition to U-shaped end faces on the other component sides also on the frame of the component U-shaped side configurations has, however, the profile leg of this second U profiles are facing each other, these profile legs have reinforcing Effect and contribute to stability and better anchoring of support elements when in vertical components in the upper part of which is attached as ceiling elements should be. The support elements are only on the outer wall surface attached to the wall plate, the used Screw connections up to the reinforcement legs of the second U-profile extend so that a firm connection of these support elements is reached on the component.
The frame forming the component thus has the connection elements for connecting additional components and additional fasteners for attaching ceiling elements.
The reinforcement legs of the second U-profiles of the frame of the component can also be used to attach the two wall panels of the Serve component, these wall panels by means of screw connections be attached. The wall panels receive lateral support through the angled leg sections of the profile leg of the first U-profiles on the end faces of each component. Against this angled Leg sections are supported on the wall panels and are held between them additionally. The wall panels can also be glued on.
The connecting elements for connecting several components together can have a wide variety of configurations and depending on the shape of the partitions to be built.
So the connecting element of two in a row lying nozzle are formed, which in the slot-shaped grooves mutually opposing first U-profiles of two components. Three partition walls are to be erected and their components are connected together, then a T-shaped connecting element used, the three neck-shaped legs in the slit-shaped Grooves of the U-shaped end faces of the three components be inserted. For setting up four in one Point merged partitions is a cross-shaped Connecting element with four equally long and trained Legs used. Two at right angles to each other and Components to be interconnected are e.g. about an L-shaped Connection element connected to each other.

In the slot-shaped

According to a further embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The arrangement of second rail-shaped U-profiles 30, 30 '

unter Ausbildung abgeschrägter Wandabschnitte 40a, 41a in die Längskanten
der abgewinkelten Schenkelabschnitte 21a, 22a und 21'a, 22'a

beiden Z-Profile aufeinander liegen.

gebildet, welches kreuzweise zueinander angeordnete Schenkel 411, 412,
413, 414 aufweist.

keine seitlich auskragenden, d.h. abgewinkelten Schenkelabschnitte
21a, 22a und 21'a, 22'a auf.
und aneinander gefügt (Fig. 8).8, two
