Claims (12)
- Dispositif formant thermoplongeur comprenant un collecteur (1) en forme de tube fermé de façon étanche à ses deux extrémités et contenant un liquide caloporteur à chauffer (2) et, logée dans le collecteur (1) en baignant dans le liquide caloporteur (2), une cartouche chauffante (3) à résistance électrique interne chauffante (5) noyée dans la cartouche (3) en étant isolée électriquement de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que le liquide caloporteur (2) est électriquement isolant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le liquide caloporteur (2) est de l'huile minérale, de préférence du type paraffinique à haut indice de viscosité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche chauffante (3) est fixée dans le collecteur (1) sensiblement coaxialement à celui-ci en étant portée à l'une de ses extrémités par un manchon de support (7) fixé à travers l'une (1a) des parois d'extrémité du collecteur (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de support (7) de la cartouche (3) est en matériau électriquement isolant et comprend une partie cylindrique filetée extérieurement (7a) s'engageant dans un trou taraudé correspondant (1b) de la paroi d'extrémité (1a) du collecteur (1) et une collerette (7b) venant en appui sur la face externe de la paroi d'extrémité (1a) en position de blocage du manchon (7) dans la paroi d'extrémité (1a).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de support (7) de la cartouche (3) est en matériau métallique et comprend une partie cylindrique filetée extérieurement (7a) s'engageant dans un trou taraudé correspondant (9a) d'un autre manchon (9) en matériau isolant formant également écrou de fixation du manchon (7) à la paroi d'extrémité métallique (1a) du collecteur (1) et une collerette (7b) venant en appui sur l'autre manchon (9) en position de blocage du manchon (7) dans l'autre manchon (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche chauffante (3) est fixée au manchon de support (7) par soudage ou par collage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche chauffante (3) comprend un tube cylindrique (4) contenant de la magnésie compactée dans laquelle est noyée la résistance électrique chauffante (5) dont les deux extrémités sont reliées respectivement à deux fils conducteurs d'alimentation (6) traversant le manchon de support (7) en faisant saillie à l'extérieur de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche chauffante (3) comprend une ou plusieurs bagues (8) en matériau électriquement isolant emmanchées à force sur le tube (4) de la cartouche (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la cartouche chauffante (3) est recouverte d'un capuchon en matériau électriquement isolant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le tube (4) de la cartouche chauffante (3) et le collecteur (1) sont métalliques, par exemple en acier.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le tube (4) de la cartouche chauffante (3) est en un matériau électriquement isolant, par exemple en céramique.
- Utilisation du dispositif thermoplongeur tel que défini aux revendications 1 à 11 dans un radiateur de chauffage à circulation d'eau.
