It is also possible that due to the straight hinge axis when adapting the pressure distribution tabs to the Foot contour pressure marks occur.
- the alpine ski boot is relatively high in the instep area. An anatomical adaptation of the Hinge course and / or the pressure distribution tab on the foot can hardly be realize.
- the inner The upper part is closed by means of a zipper running along the instep.
- the two fastener link chains of the zipper are not direct attached to the edges of the opening slot of the inner shaft, but indirectly Attached to the inner shaft via holding strips.
- These holding strips consist of one stretch-elastic material such as a textile fabric with rubber springs, that when the locking members engage in their direction of engagement is able to stretch.
- the invention has for its object an alpine ski boot of the type mentioned Specify type that gives the skier increased comfort when entering and Get out and carry offers.
- the fabric strip enables easy and convenient opening and closing Collapse the pressure distribution flap.
- the fibers and threads of the fabric are heavy-duty and best suited to the requirements of an alpine ski boot grown.
- the hinge can be adjusted due to the flexibility of the fabric strip integrate optimally into the alpine ski boot, i.e. it is a higher degree of freedom possible with placement and course of the hinge.
- the hinge axis is, so to speak movable and / or deformable in the ski boot. Forces to be transmitted become gentle distributed over a large area. The risk of breakage is low.
- the fabric strip can be optimal place so that the connection areas of the pressure distribution tabs do not apply and pressure points for the foot can be avoided. It is particularly cheap Simplification of the manufacture of the alpine ski boot because the fabric strips are inexpensive and are easy to manufacture or assemble the alpine ski boot, even with mass production.
- an anatomical adaptation of the hinge is expedient given the foot to increase comfort when getting in and out and carrying. Due to the spatial curvature and the flexibility of the fabric strip, one becomes fixed and straight orientation of the hinge axis avoided in the ski boot, see above that each pressure distribution flap its folding movement with a view to high comfort when entering and exiting and can be placed in the closed ski boot and is movable that the foot is comfortable and yet optimal ski control is definable. It can be easily adapted to different foot shapes achieve and possibly high walking comfort when walking with loosened Buckles.

The unfolded pressure distribution flaps completely release the front entry, especially in the shaft part.
- the hinge is either made of a continuous strip of fabric formed, or from at least two separate fabric strip sections. Even two separate sections of tissue strips make it possible to create an anatomical Favorable curvature or in terms of comfort when entering and exiting optimal placement of the hinge.
- the hinge is formed by a single-layer fabric strip. With higher requirements or only with locally high requirements can each fabric strip also in two or more layers, possibly only in locally limited ones Areas.
- the fabric strip contains weft and warp threads, the one Achieve uniform power transmission, easily tolerate relatively high forces, and relative displacement movements between the pressure distribution flap and the one carrying it Allow ski boot part, e.g. in the longitudinal direction of the ski boots.
- Allow ski boot part e.g. in the longitudinal direction of the ski boots.
- the weft and warp threads should be at an angle to the edge of the pressure distribution flap to be oriented through the weave a certain To ensure elasticity and, if necessary, the relative mobility of the Pressure distribution rag in the longitudinal direction of the ski shoe to adapt to the shape of the foot and / or allow foot size without additional aids.
- the fabric strip is waterproof, so that also in the hinge area the waterproofness required for modern alpine ski boots.
- the fabric strip bridges a gap given per se between the pressure distribution tab and the adjacent ski boot part, which the Comfort comes to the fore, which ensures easy entry and exit, and at reduced plastic material expenditure a lightweight ski boot with high Stability and high wearing comfort enabled.
- the fabric strip is an exposed portion of one in the Pressure distribution rag integrated fabric.
- the pressure distribution flap is after Type of a fabric-reinforced plastic part, i.e. he can with less Wall thickness and light weight are relatively high, distributes the pressure evenly and hardly breaks even under high loads and low temperatures.
- the flexibility and mobility of the fabric strip with the hinge function will used according to claim 13 to increase comfort of entry and exit.
- at least one Hinge can be used to define the widest point of the foot, Pressure and friction sensitive ankles can be inserted and carried through comfortably as soon as the or the pressure distribution flaps are folded outwards.
- transverse folds or waves are provided in the fabric strip, about a relative mobility of the pressure distribution flap in the longitudinal direction of the ski shoe to ensure, and yet pulling forces across the ski boot essentially to transmit inelastic. This measure also makes it easy to carry (without pressure points on the foot and for comfortable walking with loosened buckles) increase.
- An alpine ski boot A according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a plastic molded part Lower shell 1 on which is also formed as a plastic molded part Shaft part 2, e.g. about a hinge axis roughly in line with the human Ankle, is mounted movably.
- the alpine ski boot A is so-called Front entry V designed, i.e. that the foot from the top and front in the ski boot is inserted or removed from it (in contrast to an alpine ski boot with rear entry).
- each hinge need not have a straight line, but can be spatially curved or even a curve in anatomical adaptation to the foot or for comfortable Have exit and entry.
- the hinges S1, S2 are like this designed that the foot for entry and exit practically without any noteworthy Introduce escapement and let it out, and that with the alpine ski boot closed high wearing comfort with individually adjustable mounting of the foot is.

These fastening measures can be combined with one another or provided individually. Furthermore, it is indicated in FIG. 7 that the fabric strip GF1 is in the pressure distribution tab D1 continues and forms a fabric reinforcement 22 in it, either only extends to the edge region 15 or extends over the entire width of the Pressure distribution tab D1 continues. Alternatively, it would of course be possible to use the fabric strip GF1 in the edge area 15 and on the wall 13 of the lower shell 1.
- the fabric strip GF1 is one or more layers outside over the gap between the wall 13 and the pressure distribution tab D1 by screwing, riveting, Gluing or overmolding set.
- Another strip of fabric is dashed GF1 indicated on the inside. This means that in the respective connection or A multilayer fabric strip structure can also be provided in the hinge area can.
- Fig. 9 it is indicated that the fabric strip GF used with transverse to the longitudinal direction of the hinge oriented folds or shafts 19 is formed, the one improved mobility of the articulated pressure distribution flap in Longitudinal direction of the alpine ski boot and relative to the lower shell 1 or the shaft part 2 enable or a higher degree of freedom when opening to get in or out allow and increase the comfort because the folded or curled Fabric strips can adapt well to the shape of the foot.
- each fabric strip carries GF1, GF1 'or the connection area the pressure distribution flap with the lower shell 1 or the shaft part 2 is not because the fabric strip can be thinner than the adjacent wall areas. All in all, this results in a "slim" alpine ski boot with a graceful construction, reduced Weight and very high wearing and entry or exit comfort.
- the strips of fabric can already be sprayed Place shoe components in the mold and inject them, which reduces the manufacturing costs and can reduce the assembly time.
- the fabric strips can be in color the plastic shell of the alpine ski boot. However, it is also possible them in a signal color or a decorative color compared to the wider area of the Lift off alpine ski boots and / or color them like the clasps.
- the Fabric strips are shown very broadly in the drawings. You can in reality however, be made narrower. It is also conceivable, e.g. on the inside, to provide each fabric strip with a padding or foam pad, to increase comfort, without the easy folding of the pressure distribution flaps to affect.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Alpin-Skischuh gemäß Oberbegriff Anspruch 1.The invention relates to an alpine ski boot according to the preamble of
An alpine ski boot known from AT-B-401 333 has one pressure distribution flap two plastic plates, each over a hinge forming a hinge are integrally formed on the pressure distribution tab. The two film hinges define a substantially straight hinge axis for the pressure distribution tab. The film hinge must be temperature and environmental and relative absorb large forces with different force directions. Due to construction and due to the fixation of the hinge axis in the ski boot, the film hinges result a risk of breakage. The straight hinge axis also requires a certain one Folding movement of each pressure distribution flap, which is getting in and out difficult from the alpine ski boot. It is also possible that due to the straight hinge axis when adapting the pressure distribution tabs to the Foot contour pressure marks occur. Because the over the film hinge with the pressure distribution tab connected plastic plate is folded inwards during use and has a special fastening element for securing to the lower shell the alpine ski boot is relatively high in the instep area. An anatomical adaptation of the Hinge course and / or the pressure distribution tab on the foot can hardly be realize.
In a double-boot alpine ski boot known from CH 460 580, the inner The upper part is closed by means of a zipper running along the instep. The two fastener link chains of the zipper are not direct attached to the edges of the opening slot of the inner shaft, but indirectly Attached to the inner shaft via holding strips. These holding strips consist of one stretch-elastic material such as a textile fabric with rubber springs, that when the locking members engage in their direction of engagement is able to stretch.
The invention has for its object an alpine ski boot of the type mentioned Specify type that gives the skier increased comfort when entering and Get out and carry offers.

Thanks to its flexibility, the fabric strip enables easy and convenient opening and closing Collapse the pressure distribution flap. The fibers and threads of the fabric are heavy-duty and best suited to the requirements of an alpine ski boot grown. The hinge can be adjusted due to the flexibility of the fabric strip integrate optimally into the alpine ski boot, i.e. it is a higher degree of freedom possible with placement and course of the hinge. It is particularly cheap Simplification of the manufacture of the alpine ski boot because the fabric strips are inexpensive and are easy to manufacture or assemble the alpine ski boot, even with mass production.
Schnallen. According to
According to
Alternatively, there are two according to
According to
According to
Skischuhteil zulassen, z.B. in Skischuhlängsrichtung.
According to
According to
According to
According to
According to
According to
The flexibility and mobility of the fabric strip with the hinge function will
used according to
According to claim 14 transverse folds or waves are provided in the fabric strip, about a relative mobility of the pressure distribution flap in the longitudinal direction of the ski shoe to ensure, and yet pulling forces across the ski boot essentially to transmit inelastic. This measure also makes it easy to carry (without pressure points on the foot and for comfortable walking with loosened buckles) increase.

Unterschale 1 und/oder im Schaftteil 2.An alpine ski boot A according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a plastic molded
relative Beweglichkeit jedes Druckverteilungslappens in Skischuhlängsrichtung bzw. -
hochrichtung.
Each fabric strip contains interwoven weft and
According to FIG. 2, the fabric strips GF1, GF1 'are bridged by design

nicht an den Druckverteilungslappen, sondern am Schaffteil 2 direkt angreifen zu lassen.1 and 2, closures are provided for closing the alpine ski boot,

In Fig. 2 is indicated by dashed lines, as the pressure distribution tabs D1, D2 (and analog
also the pressure distribution flaps D1 ', D2') for getting in and out
its hinges S1 (and analog S2) can be opened. In the use position of the alpine ski boot
the pressure distribution flaps D1, D2 overlap. It's on
the hand that, as usual, molded ribs on the pressure distribution tabs for
Sealing or molded for easy relative mobility (not
shown). The pressure distribution tabs D1, D2, D1 ', D2' are usually different

Jeder
bildet. In the alpine ski boot A according to FIG. 4, in contrast to the embodiment of the

In the alpine ski boot A in Fig. 5 there are none over the length of the pressure distribution tabs D1, D1 'continuous fabric strips GF1, GF2 are provided, but at least two strips of fabric with or without spacing, each together form a hinge S1 or S2. It is even conceivable to have more than two of these Use fabric strip sections to form the respective hinge.
Each fabric strip GF1, GF1 ', GF2, GF2' is with the pressure distribution tab

In Fig. 6 it is indicated how the weft and
Druckverteilungslappens D1 fortsetzt.
In Fig. 8, the fabric strip GF1 is one or more layers outside over the gap between

In Fig. 9 it is indicated that the fabric strip GF used with transverse to the longitudinal direction
of the hinge oriented folds or
zu beeinträchtigen.2 and 3, each fabric strip carries GF1, GF1 'or the connection area
