Claims (6)
- Radiallüfter mit hoher spezifischer Leistung, einem Trommelläufer (2) und einem Gehäuse (3), in dem um den Trommelläufer (2) herum ein sich erweiternder, als Druckraum wirkender Luftraum (4) sich spiralförmig zu einer Ausströmöffnung (5) mit gekrümmter Kontur erstreckt, und mit einer Gehäusezunge (6) zur Trennung von Druckraumanfang (4') und Druckraumende (4"), die über zumindest einen Teil der Breite (B) des Gehäuses (3) mit einer durchgehenden Krümmung (7) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Gehäusezunge (6) an den Seitenwänden des Gehäuses jeweils einen Kehlradius aufweist und der Verlauf der durchgehenden Krümmung der Gehäusezunge (6) derjenigen der Kontur der Ausströmöffnung (5) entspricht, und wobei die Gehäusezunge (6) über den Verlauf der durchgehenden Krümmung (7) einen sich im wesentlichen stetig verändernden Zungenradius (8) besitzt.
- Radiallüfter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zungenradius (8) im Mittenbereich der Gehäusebreite am größten ist.
- Radiallüfter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen dem Außendurchmesser des Trommelläufers (2) und der Gehäusezunge (6) entlang der Krümmung (7) über die Gehäusebreite (B) im wesentlichen gleich ist.
- Radiallüfter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kürzeste Abstand zwischen dem Außendurchmesser des Trommelläufers (2) und dem Gehäuse (3) im Bereich der Krümmung (7) liegt.
- Radiallüfter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kürzeste Abstand zwischen Außendurchmesser des Trommelläufers (2) und dem Gehäuse (3) in Laufrichtung nach dem Bereich der Krümmung (7) der Gehäusezunge liegt und daß ein keilförmiger Raum (10) zwischen der Zunge und der Stelle des kürzesten Abstands ausgebildet ist.
- Radiallüfter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des Fördermediums im Bereich der Gehäusezunge (6) wieder dem Druckraumaufang (4') zugeführt wird.
