Claims (20)

  1. Door fitting with an outer backplate (10) comprising a peripheral rim (11) which covers at least an intermediate plane (14) as well as drill-proof threaded bushes (20) inserted into the latter, and which bears an outer handle or knob (18), with an inner backplate (40) which comprises a subplate (50) having lugs (54) for screws (23), the latter being screwable with the threaded bushes (20) under penetration of the door leaf (T), with a bearing bush (47) on the inner backplate (40) for an inner handle (45) having a square hole (48) for receiving and thus jointly rotating with a square bar (24) which is positively seated on the opposite end in the outer handle or knob (18), and with recesses (39; 49) on the outer backplate (10) and the inner backplate (40) as well as on the intermediate plane (14) for receiving a lock cylinder (S) which may be provided with a cylinder cover (60) on its outer side, wherein the peripheral rim (15) of the intermediate plane (14) protrudes inwardly transverse to the flat extension of the latter, and supports said intermediate plane (14) as well as the outer backplate (10) on the door leaf (T), wherein the intermediate plane (14) at least substantially reaches positively over a reinforcement plate (72), and wherein the reinforcement plate (72) comprises a peripheral rim (74) of similar shape to that (15) of the intermediate plane (14) and of close fit to it so that the abutting edges (32; 75) are flush.
  2. Fitting according to claim 1, wherein the peripheral rim (15) spans with an inner abutting edge (32) a plane (E), and extends, beyond a circumferential edge (16), substantially at right angle with respect to that plane (E).
  3. Fitting according to claim 2, wherein the circumferential edge (16) is curved with a bending radius.

  14. Fitting according to one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the subplate (50) is mounted in the inner backplate (40) in an elastically flexible manner.
  15. Fitting according to claim 14, wherein the subplate (50) comprises crankings (55) and elastic holding members (56) attached thereto, the latter having lips (57) for force-fit and form-fit contact in the peripheral rim (41) of the inner backplate (40).
  16. Fitting according to one of claims 1 to 15, wherein at least two of the steel plates (72; 50) comprise shaped holes (79; 59) which are formed as multiple lock recesses merging into one another to accommodate given gauges (m1, m2, m3).
  17. Fitting according to one of claims 1 to 16, wherein the intermediate plane (14) and/or the reinforcement plate (72) are provided with an anti-drill plate (33) in the area of the lock cylinder.
  18. Fitting according to claim 17, wherein the anti-drill plate (33) is connected with the peripheral rim (74) of the intermediate plane or the reinforcement plate (72) by form fit and/or material bond.
  19. Door fitting according to one of claims 1 to 18, with an outer backplate (10) comprising a peripheral rim (11) which covers at least an intermediate plane (14) as well as drill-proof threaded bushes (20) inserted into the latter, and which bears an outer handle formed as a knob (18), with an inner backplate (40) which comprises a subplate (50) having lugs (54) for screws (23), the latter being screwable with the threaded bushes (20) under penetration of the door leaf (T), with a bearing bush (47) on the inner backplate (40) for an inner handle (45) having a square hole (48) for receiving and thus jointly rotating with a square-ended spindle (24) adapted to be screwed with the knob (18) provided on the opposite end, and with recesses (39; 49) on the outer backplate (10) and the inner backplate (40) as well as on the intermediate plane for receiving a lock cylinder (S) provided with a cylinder cover (60) on its outer side, wherein the spindle (90) is adapted to be screwed into and off the knob (18) by means of a mounting sleeve (100) which has a square hole (104) to receive the square-ended spindle (24) and to allow its rotation with the latter.
  20. Fitting according to claim 19, wherein the square-ended spindle (24) is connected in a pull resistant and rotatable manner with a hexagon (92) which is integral with the threaded section (94) and is tightly enclosed by a hexagon socket (102) of the mounting sleeve (100) in the manner of a ring wrench.
