Claims (7)

  1. Mehrzweck-Siebdruckvorrichtung zum mehrfarbigen Dekorieren von Behältern (4) mit mindestens einer koaxialen zylindrischen Portion (40) und mindestens einer koaxialen kegelstumpfförmigen Portion (41), die drehbar von einer umlaufenden Reihe von im gleichen Winkel und im gleichen Abstand angebrachten radialen Spindeln einer Karussell-Siebdruckmaschine (100) getragen werden. Die Karussell-Siebdruckmaschine ist mit stationären Druckstationen ausgestattet, denen die genannten Behälter durch die genannten Spindeln zum stationären Zeitpunkt zugeführt werden. Die Siebdruckvorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein erstes Sieb (18) umfasst, das geeignet ist, sich tangential zum kreisförmigen Lauf der Spindeln zu bewegen, und das auch dazu geeignet ist, ein Dekor (180) auf mindestens eine der genannten zylindrischen Portionen (40) des Behälters (4) aufzutragen. Ferner verfügt die Siebdruckvorrichtung mindestens über ein zweites Sieb (21), das sich parallel zu dem genannten ersten Sieb bewegt, und das auch dazu geeignet ist, ein Dekor (210) auf mindestens eine kegelstumpfförmige Portionen (41) des Behälters aufzutragen, kontextuell zum Auftragen des entsprechenden Dekors durch das genannte erste Sieb; dem Hub des genannten ersten Siebes ist der Hub des zweiten Siebes untergeordnet.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß des Anspruchs 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass nur eines (21) der genannten mindestens zwei Siebe gleitend an der Halterung des anderen Siebes (16) angebracht ist. Diese Halterung ist ihrerseits gleitend auf einem feststehenden Teil (2) der Maschine angebracht.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß des Anspruchs 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die genannte Halterung einen ebenen Befestigungsrahmen (13) des genannten Siebes (18) umfasst. Dieser Rahmen (13) verfügt über:
    Eine horizontale Gelenkachse (12) an einer Seite, die tangential zu einem Gleitstück (5) verläuft, das gleitend an einem feststehenden Teil der Maschine angebracht ist und mit einer Zahnstange (10) ausgerüstet ist, die durchgehend in eine gezahnte Antriebshülse (11) greift, die dem genannten Gleitstück während des Druckens eine vollständige Hin- und Herbewegung verleiht, und
    - eine horizontale tangentiale Zahnstange (77) an der gegenüberliegenden Seite, die geeignet ist, in eine mit den Spindeln kombinierte gezahnte Hülse (7) zu greifen und sich von dieser zu lösen, was dank einer horizontalen tangentialen Scheibe (14) möglich ist, die derart an einem in senkrechter Richtung bewegbaren Halteorgan (15) befestigt ist, dass sie parallel zu sich selbst gleiten kann.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß des Anspruchs 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass das genannte andere Sieb (21), dessen Betriebsposition einstellbar ist, an einem entsprechenden Gleitstück (20) angebracht ist, das durch den genannten Rahmen (13) getragen wird, der als Anschlussflansch des genannten Siebes (18) dient.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß des Anspruchs 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die genannten mindestens zwei Siebe kinematisch gekoppelt sind, damit die Verschiebebewegung des genannten anderen Siebs (21) von der Verschiebebewegung des genannten Siebes (18) abgeleitet wird.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß des Anspruchs 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die genannte kinematische Kopplung zwei gezahnte Hülsen (25, 23) umfasst, die auf eine drehbare radiale Welle (24) aufgeschrumpft sind, die an dem genannten Gleitstück (9) der genannten Siebhalterung installiert ist. Von den genannten Hülsen (25, 23) greift die eine (25) durchgehend in eine horizontale tangentiale Zahnstange (26), die an einen festen Punkt (27) der Maschine angeschlossen ist, während die andere (23) durchgehend in eine horizontale tangentiale Zahnstange greift, die an dem genannten Gleitstück (20) des genannten anderen Siebes (21) befestigt ist.
  7. Mehrfarben-Siebdruckmaschine Typ Karussell, umfassend eine umlaufende Reihe radialer Spindeln (100), die im gleichen Winkel und im gleichen Abstand angebracht sind, und dazu dienen, die zu dekorierenden Behälter drehbar abzustützen. Diese Spindeln (100) werden derart gesteuert, dass sie sich schrittweise längs einer kreisförmigen horizontalen Strecke bewegen, um die genannten Behälter einer Reihe feststehender Druckstationen zuzuführen, die tangential zu der genannten kreisförmigen Strecke angeordnet sind. Die genannten einzelnen Druckstationen bestehen aus einer Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6.
