Abstract

Die Steuereinrichtung (16) enthält Rechnermittel zum Berechnen des Durchmessers des Wattewickels (8) aus diesem Signal und aus weiteren Signalen. The control device (16) contains computer means for calculating the diameter of the cotton roll (8) from this signal and from further signals. As a result, no separate sensor is required to sense the diameter of the cotton roll (8).
