Claims (10)
- Mit auswechselbaren Hartmetall-Schneidplatten (2) bestückter Messerkopf für die Holzbearbeitung, bestehend aus einem Messerkopfkörper (1) und daran mit Positionierungsmitteln (14, 15, 26, 27) radial und axial festlegbaren und lösbar festspannbaren Hartmetall-Schneidplatten (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerkopfkörper (1) an einem mittigen Nabenteil (12) einstückig angeformte und von diesem etwa radial wegragende Arme (13) aufweist, die jeweils eine Stützfläche zur Auflage einer Schneidplatte (2) aufweisen und an welchen die Schneidplatten (2) direkt aufgespannt sind, wobei die miteinander zusammenwirkenden Positionierungsmittel (14, 15, 26, 27) zur axialen und radialen Positionierung der Schneidplatten am Messerkopfkörper an der Schneidplatte und am betreffenden Messerkopfkörperarm (13) gebildet sind.
- Messerkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Messerkopfkörperarm (13) eine plattenartige Form hat.
- Messerkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke jedes Messerkopfkörperarms (13) sich radial nach außen stufig oder stetig verringert.
- Messerkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerkopfkörperarme (13) im Bereich der oder jeder Schneidkante der Schneidplatten (2) abgeschrägt sind.
- Messerkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidplatten (2) mittels Spannschrauben (3) unmittelbar auf den Messerkopfkörperarmen (13) aufgespannt sind.
- Messerkopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneldplatten (2) Schraubendurchgangslöcher (28) aufweisen, durch welche die Schraubenbolzen der Spannschrauben (3) mit Radialspiel hindurchverlaufen, und daß die Spannschrauben (3) zum Festspannen der Schneidplatten (2) mit entsprechend großen Köpfen ausgestattet sind.
- Messerkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Schneidplatte (2) mit Radialanschlagflächen (26) zum Zusammenwirken mit einer radialen Gegenfläche (14) am Messerkopfkörper (1) bzw. den betreffenden Messerkopfkörperarm (13) sowie mit einer axial/radial geneigt verlaufenden schrägen Anschlagfläche (29) ausgebildet und der betreffende Messerkopfkörperarm (13) mit einem mit der schrägen Anschlagfläche zusammenwirkenden Paßzapfen (15) versehen ist.
- Messerkopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schräge Anschlagfläche (29) eine Flankenfläche eines in der Schneidplatte (2) gebildeten Langlochs (27) oder Schlitzes ist.
- Messerkopf nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radialanschlagflächen (26) der Schneidplatte (2) durch an deren radial innenliegender Kante (24) angeformte Anschlagnoppen gebildet sind.
- Schneidplatte zur Verwendung in einem Messerkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 mit dem die Schneidplatte betreffenden Merkmalen nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9.
